(I had a plan for this chapter, but I stopped writing for a week and forgot what I had planned. So bare with me here.)
This whole day was rather... odd.
Windcutter came to me in his ruffly and weak state like a few days ago, delivering yet another message from the unknown person.
'Be careful, always carry a mirror and have a good morning.'
It read, which was odd. Why would I need to carry a mirror at all times? I'm not self obsessed like that idiot Lockhart.
"Hey, (Y/n)? Is Windcutter okay?" Zima asked with a worried look on her face as she stared at the disheveled and out of breath owl.
"I don't know- Hey!" And just like that, he jumped out the window and flew back in the direction of the Owlery.
Still, if I was getting a warning from this anonymous person, what's the harm in listening? So I used a simple spell to make my mirror smaller and portable.
All day, I could feel Draco's gaze following me everywhere I went.
I went as far as staying close to the girls and even Harry and his trio. Still if Draco was near, Pansy still clinging onto him like a toddler, I could just feel his stare burning into my head.
Even with all of that, I had to deal with a frantic and confused Grayson.
He came up to me during breakfast and seemed so flabbergasted by Cyra's comments and jokes.
"I was just eating and then she came up talking about Nifflers and made jokes? Are you and your friends in on this? What is she talking about?!" He grabbed me by the shoulders as he seemed almost panicked, which was very odd.
What would he have to be panicked about?
"We aren't in on anything!" I replied just as quickly and matching his confusion.
"What about nifflers?! Is that some code word? What?!" Grayson continued to freak out as he just stomped away, leaving me more confused than he was.

I spent the entire time just wanting to go to sleep, maybe when I wake up everything will be partially normal.
Draco seemed confident and determined that I would talk to him during the Feast. Meanwhile, I was a nervous wreck that still hadn't made up their mind.
If I went, it would mean confrontation. If I didn't, he'd be angry and become more pushy about talking to me.
As the day went on, this dreadful knot in my stomach grew and grew. I just wanted the ground to open up and swallow me.
While walking to the Great Hall, I saw Cyra sneaking out of the castle to go to Hagrid's.
"Where are you going?" I asked her, to which she only grinned.
"Hagrid's."
"At this time? Will he be there?"
"Nope." She chuckled and gave me a quick thumbs up. "Tell you all about it later."
