8th chapter: with a smile

Nilingon ko Ang aking ulo at nabigla ako sa Nakita ko...
It was ate Aiah crying sa gilid.

"Ate Aiah? Why are you crying po?"
I said while my hand is on her back.

(Aiah's Pov)

I'm really pressured na.
I don't know what to do anymore..
After our dinner, I decided na pumunta sa gilid ng BINI house para mag palamig Muna.

As I was looking at the Stars, I didn't notice na Tumutulo na pala Yung luha ko.
I didn't stopped it and just let it all out.

As I was crying... Someone's hand is on my back and Asked me

"Ate Aiah? Why are you crying po?.
Tumingala ako at Nakita ko si Zen.. his hand is on my back rubbing it.

I immediately stand up and hugged him.

Biglang tumayo si ate Aiah at niyakap ako, I hugged her back and I can feel her tears through my back.

Ate Aiah won't stop crying.. so I said na we should sit down Muna.

A long silence was between us until she spoked.

"I..I'm just r-really.. pressured na"
She said while still crying.

"I know being an idol is hard, and I know pressured kana din, But I know you can do it po. Even if you have some bashers, don't let them get into you, Think positive and none of those negativities that's around the world.. I know you Ms. Arceta, you're strong, smart, beautiful and a hard working person."

I replied to her. I didn't expect that I called her by her last name, and naging conyo Yung pagsasalita ko.
Ate Aiah looked at me at more tears flowed on her cheeks, kinuha ko Yung handkerchief ko from my pocket and I start to wipe her tears and suddenly she spoked.

"Zen.. I really don't know what to reply to what you just said.. but thank you for those comforting words of yours"
She said while looking at me and tumahan na sya.

"Don't you want to go inside napo?"
I asked her.

"Can we stay a little longer Muna dito?" Ate Aiah replied.

"Hmm, sure po, it's your choice Naman" I smiled.

Another silence is between us, pero Di ako nag sasalita kasi alam ko she needed a quiet time.
She broked the silence again.

"Zen.. I know this is weird but.. can you sing me a song?.. just like last time?.."
She looked at me, and I didn't expect na magiging ganun Yung sasabihin nya.

She still remembered the song I sang her, well request din Naman nya Yung song nayun but still.. I was surprised that she still remembers that.

"Hm? Sure po.. what would you like me to sing po?" I asked ate Aiah.

"It's your choice.. okay Naman sakin kahit Anong song" she replied to my question.

Another silence is between us, iniisip ko kung ano Yung kakantahin ko sa kanya. And suddenly I remembered the song that my friend sang to me.. I guess I should give it a try to ate Aiah? Wala namang masama duon diba?..
