Jungkook was too sore to move in the morning but the alpha surprised him with breakfast in bed. Then he drew a nice, hot bath before joining him and massaged his lower back and thighs.

The omega was too content after the joint bath, remaking his nest that now smelled like the both of them, thanks to the bodily fluid Jungkook refused to let the alpha clean. Jimin tried to confuse him but when he saw that he wouldn't relent, he settled to put another clean sheet over the soiled one for now.

His wolf was feeling vulnerable and the thought that removing the sheet would also remove their scents was distressing to him. He was surprised when he saw the alpha stayed home to work instead of going to the office.

He watched the alpha bustle around their bedroom fondly as he attended to him with such care and affection. For a moment, he couldn't help but wonder if this was the same alpha who used to be so cold when they met for the first time. The one who tried to convince him why this wouldn't work but was also the one who persuaded him to give him a chance.

That morning once the scent blockers wore off, Jimin chose to go without them so the omega could have his scent around. He also said that his wolf didn't like leaving Jungkook after the night together and was feeling distressed at the thought of being away. Jungkook wasn't complaining. He didn't think his wolf would like being away either. He wanted to bask in the aftermath of their intimacy and that was what he was doing.

As they settled in his nest together, he could finally feel at peace and a wave of calm washed over him. Their mingled scents wrapped around them.

In a way, transferring all classes to online worked for today. But he didn't think he could get used to it in the long run. He would miss his friends and sitting in an actual class. However, he couldn't decide anything since Aera hadn't sent him the new schedule yet so he didn't know what to expect.

Jungkook stretched his sore limbs and settled in his bed with his phone while the alpha was busy with a meeting just a few feet away on the other side of the bed. He couldn't wait to cuddle with the alpha, but for now, he needed to scream online and release all this warm, gooey feeling pent up inside him.
