Chan would assure you that he's not affected by everything that happened, and he's not whipped and blind, at all! He's just a really busy person! He's a single father, leave him alone! He needs something to distract himself and maybe even inspire him. This time, the inspiration came from butterflies, what about it? Leave him alone, he's fine, okay?

Maybe Minho could be mistaken for our safe source of information. Minho likes to think that, at least. Minho is wrong. Minho needs to prove to himself (but also to her) that he's not a cold person, he's not a heartless dancer, the opposite! He's burning with passion and... everything else. He's not a marionette! There's something that doesn't sound right in this story, and he will be damned before he lets this go.

This leads us to think that maybe our savior, for the sake of the story, might be none other than our favourite babygirl, Jisung. But it's difficult to read the room from the closet. He needs to deal with his own struggles, he's not exactly in the right mind to catch the signs. Not that he's not trying, he is, but... y'know. If you don't open the door, you will probably not see that you are not the only one hiding from the lights.

For now, Chan is just scrolling on the internet to get the most of the information that he can about the VMAs, which they are about to attend tomorrow night. They will perform S-CLASS, the outfits are ready; they have rehearsed many and many times; the remix is ready. Everything is ready, and he's just checking twitter for the sake of it, to see if there's any other artist he might know that will attend it. This is a huge occasion, to be seen by the entire world and by other artists. They are ready, they worked hard for it, they deserve it, nothing can stop them or make them falter. Then, under the #VMAS2023 tag, he saw that, and he felt like crying for a second. Rationally, he knew this could've been a possibility, he just hoped he was being delusional.

"White Bunny will be on the pink carpet tomorrow, interviewing the nominated artists" - there she is. Alice is going to be there. Maybe he could even have a chat with her. Maybe she'll be the one doing the interview with them on the pink carpet! Shit. He was already worried about the performance, now this too? What should he do with himself? Would she remember them? He will know more about the program of the night just tomorrow, for security purposes, until then, he just knows when they will perform and that they will witness who's gonna win the "best k-pop award" - not them, Chan's not that arrogant, come on. Should he tell the others that she'll be there? Not that they care that much, actually. And maybe that would not be a good idea. He's not worried about Minho, obviously, but Jisung really struggles with anxiety, and he knows how much he adores her, so... Chan, as he decided right after all these thoughts, has to be a smart leader. Let's not tell them this until after the performance-- If she's the one interviewing them, fuck that, not his fault, but if not...

On the same line of being a wise leader, he checked her instagram stories. Oh, apparently she's doing a Q&A about the VMAs - what a coincidence. He skipped the questions he wasn't interested in, (but he had to turn back to "what will you wear?", because he needed to know) and then stopped.

"Do you know who you will interview?"
