"I was surprised when you two decided to walk me to my hotel," she mused. When the guys had decided to call it a night, they had briefly discussed which one of them should have made Alice company on her way to the hotel, even if she insisted multiple times that it wasn't necessary and that she was sure that Seoul streets are not as busy as New York's streets, but apparently that wasn't convincing enough. So with Seungmin on her left and Hyunjin on her right, Alice actually voiced her own wondering.

Hyunjin and Seungmin (and Innie, but he's not there now) have talked about it since the day Felix told them about making Alice come to visit. Until that moment, they hadn't been sufficiently fazed by their friend's behavior around the girl to effectively ask or do some research about it. Minnie, who deeply loves his bandmates but sometimes finds all of them really dense, is still wondering how, after years of training and making mistakes and getting scolded, most of them suddenly deciding to risk being fired just for a girl. Like... it's not like they are not allowed to have friends, of course, but it's more preferred if said friends are males, as homosexuality is not even considered, (fools, if you ask him). And they had a dozen friends come to their dorms, it's nothing that weird. What made it that weird was the way they convinced her to come just because they felt bad for her. And they would never admit it out loud, probably, but his oldest members (Jisung, Chan, Minho, and even Felix), in Hyunjin and Seungmin's opinion... are being creep.

First they obsessed over her through a screen, then two of them tried to hit on her, and suddenly all they do in their free time is digging on her socials, and now Felix team with her, and they made her take a 13-hour flight just to spend a few days with them after they just met less than a month ago!

Hyunjin feels conflicted. His rational part is really worried about his friends, scared that they might do something irreparable and destroy all the work they had done in all those years. Another part, the more romantic one, almost thinks he's witnessing the start of a really romantic movie. Well, more a romantic comedy, thinking about all the misunderstandings and weird stuff, but at least there's fluff.

Felix told him that he had tried to investigate on her opinion on things to see what's actually her part in this seemingly one-sided situation - since yes, she's friendly, but she looks almost as confused as him by all this attention - but she seems oblivious, which sounds impossible. She probably had figured something out, and probably it was more than they had. So, maybe it is because they are really confused, or maybe they are really not used to drinking soju as someone would think, and a drink is enough to let their heads spin, but they are brutally honest.

"I don't get you," Seungmin said, looking at his feet as he kicked a rock on his way. Alice scoffed and laughed.

"Sounds fair," she commented, and Hyunjin turned his head to look at her while as speaking.

"We mean... it's weird, right?" he questioned, and he was surprised to see her nodding slowly.

"Well...yeah," she replied, and only then did Seungmin realize that he had not voiced all his thoughts, but somehow she managed to understand exactly what they meant.

"Like..." he started, cause she's not defensive, she seems to be pondering about it just as them. "Out of nowhere... Jisung is normal, but... Chan is all on the edge, and what's even weirder is Minho-hyung attics! Push aside the fanservice, he's... that stuff right there was..." wow, Seungmin is usually good at talking, but right now the situation is so bizarre that he can't really find himself to explain it with words.

"Uhm." she hummed, and Hyunjin took that as a sign he should try to help his friend to explain it better.

"Like, they get attached to you really soon despite the fact that they barely know you..." he said, and she turned to look at him as he spoke, and they locked gazes. Hyunjin had hoped to feel some kind of thrill or a connection... but he didn't. And she made a little thin smile.
