BACK IN MONACO MADELYN HAD NEVER BEEN happier. she had a permanent smile on her face since finding out she was having a baby girl. nothing could take that smile off her face. madelyn sat in lando's car waiting for him to come out of the apartment. they hadn't talked about what happened before the reveal and it hadn't happened again.

"sorry. i couldn't find my watch." he said fixing it on his wrist. "it's okay." madelyn smiled at him before returning to her phone. lando was leaving again the next day so he wanted to take her to dinner so they could talk. he was super nervous that she didn't mean what she said when he admitted his feelings and she was just being hormonal because she hadn't said anything since it happened. oh there was the kiss on the cheek when the pink confetti went off. she kissed right next to his mouth, that gave him butterflies. butterflies. the man got butterflies.

getting to the restaurant lando sighed seeing the people
recording already. "don't forget to smile." he teased her for the pictures that came out from the park in jersey. the fans were making it seem like she hated her friends because her rbf. "shut up." she playfully shoved him taking her seatbelt off. lando got out of the car shaking the valets hand before going around and opening madelyn's door for her. he used both hands to help her out. she smiled as kept his grip on one. "lando lando can we get a picture?" various people asked in different ways and lando didn't deny one. he even signed a few thing with madelyn behind him with one hand on his back so she wouldn't lose him. "charles has some competition huh?" madelyn teased as the security led them inside. lando laughed pulled her closer to him away from the people shouting for his soul (kidding). madelyn couldn't help but stay smiling.

"so are you excited for japan?" madelyn started the conversation because they were sitting there in silence. "yeah for sure. one of my favorite places." lando answered. "do you want to come?" he asked making her laugh. "i'd love to lan but i can't." madelyn shook her head. "you can." lando shrugged. "i'd have to ask for more time off from the clinic." she told him. "ask." she sighed and nodded. "we'll see." she told him. "it's thursday i leave saturday." lando informed and she nodded. "okay." the silence overtook them again. the waitress walked over making both of them feel relief.

after ordering madelyn turned back to lando. "this is stupid." she said and he nodded. "i know i'm sorry." lando apologized. "this shouldn't be this awkward." madelyn spoke what was on her mind. "yeah." lando shrugged. "i dont know." he continued. "what i do know is that i've liked you since the moment i laid my eyes on you madelyn." he reached forward and grabbed her hand. "lan, how, does it not bother you i'm having someone else's child?" madelyn shook her head. "i didn't care then that you were pregnant and i don't care now i just want you." lando squeezed her hand and she smiled. "i like you too lando, a lot." she let out a breath of relief. "good it's settled then." lando grinned sipping his drink.

MADELYN RAN AROUND THE APARTMENT trying  to get all her things together. "lando!" she shouted looking through all the drawers in the kitchen. he walked out of his room holding his phone up saying he was on the phone. she waved him away and he sighed. "i'll call you back max." lando said hanging up. "what do you need?" lando went over placing his hand on the small of her back. "my orange claw clips." she said continuing to look, lando laughed jogging back to his room a second later he came back with the pack of clips. "you did your shopping haul in bed last tonight remember?" he put them in the counter. "right." she sighed rubbing her face. "you okay? talk to me baby." he wrapped his arms around her, madelyn hugged him back. "i'm just nervous, i've never been out of the uk before, saudi doesn't count because it's apart of the uk." she sighed as he rubbed her back. "you're gonna be fine, you know why?" lando pulled away cupping her cheeks. "why?" she frowned. "you'll have me." his smile made her smile, she giggled leaning in. "always." he added before closing the gap between them.
