CHAPTER 7

"This is my house Raena" Seungcheol said

"Stop joking seungcheol!! It's not funny" Raena says while hitting his shoulders, with tears streaming down her cheeks

"This house was the surprise I told you about. I thought I'll tell you after reaching here. I swear! " He says while trying to hold her cheeks while she just pushed his hands away

"If this is your house, then, who is he?!" She asks while frowning

"I'm a thief Raena. I broke in to steal. I didn't know this was his house" The man says while struggling as his hands were tied back

She held her forehead and asked seungcheol " Then why didn't you say anything when you saw him!!?" She shouts at him

"I was scared seeing a stranger in my house and wanted to find out who is he and why was he here. It may sound foolish to you but I thought I could get an idea for my novel" He says while looking down

"Now you got an entire novel!!" She says and aggressively stands up and walks away from him, mad at him for his foolish behaviour

"Raena please.. Untie me.. Set me free" The man says

"Don't do it raena!" Seungcheol stops her

She walks back to seungcheol and asks "what were you searching for there??" She looked at the place where seungcheol searched earlier and saw a box open with velvet cloth inside. "Seungcheol, is that gun yours?" She asks him a frown

He nods silently without looking in her eyes while she gets more annoyed

"What about the girl in the basement??" She asks

"I don't know!!!" He says loudly

"We have to call the cops!!! We will tell them the truth" She says while gritting her teeth and holding her head due to anger

"They won't believe us! This is my house. And the murder happened here. The shot was fired from my gun. How are they going to believe us!" He exclaims

"You're blurting out all the evidence and claiming that you're innocent. He's lying, Raena. Untie me" The man says

"Shut up!! Raena believe me. You know me. Don't you trust me? Won't you help me get out of this, Raena?" Seungcheol says whil kneeling and holding her hands

"How...?"

He suddenly stands up and says "I will make him say the truth!" And aggressively walks towards the man

Seungcheol made the man kneel and and brought a stool from a corner and kept few books on it. He placed a torch on it so that it would flash on the man. Seungcheol takes his jacket which was lying on the couch and takes out his phone from the jacket pocket

"Raena..he's trying to frame me. Believe me, i just came here to steal" The man was pleading raena to untie him while she didn't do anything as she was shocked to see that seungcheol brought his phone

The man was deep in thought and spoke"Raena.. You met him 3 months ago, right?"

"Seungcheol, did you have your phone with you?" Raena asks him with a trembling voice

Seungcheol looks up from his phone to look at Raena and glances at his phone and looks at her again.

Everything went quiet for few seconds while the man was looking at both of them

"Seungcheol, you told me to not bring my phone and brought yours?" She asks with tears in her eyes

"We'll talk about it later." Seungcheol says and goes back to his phone. He turns on the video and places it against the books.

"I'll go, Please just leave me" The man pleades
"Tell me. Why are you here?" Seungcheol asks
"I haven't done anything" The man says
"You need to speak up!!"
"Why did you come to my house?"
"I just came to steal. Please understand."
"Seungcheol!"
"Raena please tell him" He pleads
"Who's that girl?"
"Which girl"
"Who's that girl you killed downstairs"
"Seungcheol!"
"Why did you do this in my house?"
"I don't know"
"Seungcheol this is your house!" Raena says while crying
"Let me go seungcheol" The man pleads while crying
"You're not going anywhere" Seungcheol says
"How many people have you killed?"
"I didn't kill anyone!!"
"Seungcheol tell me what's going on!!"
"I swear I came to steal sir!"
"What did you steal then?!" Seungcheol asks him
"Only you would know that, sir."
"Why did you bring me here, seungcheol!?" Raena asks while crying
"Shut up! And you speak!!"
"Seungcheol!!"
"What is he saying seungcheol?
"I won't let you kill any woman"
"I'm saying the truth!! Please trust me!!"
"You have a gun!!" Raena shouts
"Stop it!" Seungcheol yelled at raena
"I haven't killed anyone!"
"Raena! Raena ask him why he brought his phone!"
"Shut up!!" Raena says to that man
"He lied that he didn't bring his phone"
"Seungcheol!!"
"It is to trap you raena!! Escape from here!"
"How many people have you killed?!"
"I know you will kill her and blame it on me!!" The man shouts furiously

Seungcheol rages and kicks the man and pulls out his gun and points at him. "Yes! Yes I'll kill her then I'll kill you! I'll go only after killing you!!"
