Zee sat at a corner table in the café, his mind racing after the heated exchange with Nunew. He quickly grabbed his phone and called Max, hoping his friend could provide some much-needed advice. Within minutes, Max arrived, his concerned expression evident as he approached Zee.

"Hey, man. What's going on?" Max asked, sliding into the seat opposite Zee.

"It's your cousin. I just met with him, and he doesn't want to release a statement saying we're not in a relationship. He's so stubborn. He just won't listen." Zee ran a hand through his hair, clearly frustrated.

"Yeah, I've been calling him since the issue come out but he won't listen." Max sigh placing a hand on Zee's shoulder. "Sorry bro, He's been always like that since we were kids."

"What does he even want with me?"

"You're the one he wants." Max said letting out a chuckle with a teasing look making Zee to roll his eyes. "But why does he care so much about this?"

Zee shook his head, exasperated. "I don't know. He mentioned something about it being a 'win-win situation' for both of us. Apparently, he thinks I need someone to date to improve my image after my breakup, and he likes the attention. He even said it's a way to help me move on from Janice."

Max raised an eyebrow. "Helping you move on, huh? That's a new one. But seriously, Nunew has always been like this. He's used to getting what he wants. If he thinks this is beneficial, he'll push for it."

Zee slumped in his seat, feeling defeated. "But this isn't what I want, Max. I just want to clear up the misunderstanding and move on with my life. How do I deal with someone as persistent as Nunew?"

Max leaned forward, his expression thoughtful. "Look, you know Nunew better than most people now. He thrives on attention and control. Maybe you need to find a way to make him see that this situation isn't beneficial for either of you in the long run."

"But how? He doesn't seem to care about anything I say." Zee nodded slowly, considering Max's words.

Max shrugged. "Maybe you need to reach out to him in a different way. Try to understand his perspective a bit more and find some common ground. If you can get him to see your side, he might be more willing to cooperate. And if you need backup, I'm here. I can try talking to him too, if it helps."

Zee sighed again, feeling slightly better but still uncertain. "Thanks, Max. I appreciate it. I just need to figure out how to get through to him without causing another argument."

Max gave him a reassuring pat on the shoulder. "You'll figure it out. Nunew might be tough to deal with, but you're not exactly a pushover yourself. Just remember, if you need anything, I'm here to help."

Zee managed a small smile, grateful for his friend's support.

Zee walked into his condo, feeling the weight of the past few days pressing down on him. He tossed his keys onto the kitchen counter and slumped onto the couch, pulling out his phone. He needed to contact Nunew again, to make things right, or at least to find a way forward.

He opened his messaging app and typed a quick message to Nunew.

"Hey, can we talk? I think we need to sort things out."

He hit send, but immediately, an error message popped up: "Message not delivered." Frowning, he tried again, only to receive the same error. Realization dawned on him-Nunew had blocked him.

"Great," Zee muttered to himself, running a hand through his hair in frustration. He felt the tension building in his shoulders. Desperate for a solution, he decided to call Max. After a few rings, Max answered.

"Hey Zee, what's up?"

"Max, I need a favor. Can you give me your cousin's phone number? I tried messaging him, but he blocked me."

"Sure, hold on a second." After a brief pause, Max read out the number. Zee quickly jotted it down.

"Thanks, Max. I owe you one."

"No problem. Good luck."

Taking a deep breath, Zee dialed Nunew's number. His heart pounded as he waited for the call to connect. Finally, Nunew picked up.

"Hello?" Nunew's voice was calm and slightly amused on the other end of the line.

"It's Zee."

"I know," Nunew replied smoothly. "So, Do you want to hear about my plan?"

Zee took a deep breath. "No, I just want to talk about your fans. I'm getting threats, even though I'm supposedly your boyfriend."

Nunew chuckled softly on the other end of the line. Zee could almost see his playful smirk through the phone. "Oh yes, what do you think about actually being my boyfriend?"

Zee felt his pulse quicken. This was not the direction he wanted this conversation to go. His mind raced, trying to find the right words.

"Nunew, please. Can't you just talk to your fans and tell them to back off?"

"I'll do that if you'll listen to my plan first." Nunew smiled and added. "If you don't want my plan then fine, I'll take care of my fans but I doubt you won't like my plan."

"Why are you so sure that your plan will 100% work?" Zee was puzzled and a bit wary.

"Because I always get what I want, Zee"

After hearing Nunew's plan, Zee's initial reaction was to facepalm, a gesture of frustration and disbelief. To him, the plan seemed shallow and shortsighted.

"Wait, No offense but your plan sounds stupid."

Nunew left out a chuckle. "Want to test it out? Send me a picture of you."

"Why?" He asked confuse of what he's going to do.

"You'll see." Nunew dropped the call waiting for Zee. It took 5 minutes for him to send the picture.

"So, I'm assuming we have a deal, right?" Nunew asked

"So, I'm assuming we have a deal, right?" Nunew asked.

Zee hesitated, wanting clarity. "Are you sure about this? No feelings attached?"

"Like that's ever been a problem for me." Nunew chuckled lightly. "But sure, no strings attached. Just give it a minute and you'll get a message for sure."

The call with Nunew ended, Zee sat back in his chair, feeling a mix of apprehension and resignation. As Zee pondered their agreement, his phone buzzed with a notification. It was a message from his ex-girlfriend, Janice.

The message cut straight to the point: "Is it true? You're really dating that singer?"

Zee sighed heavily, staring at the message for a moment.
