When Nunew finally regained consciousness, he found himself in a dimly lit hospital room. The steady beeping of a heart monitor was the first thing he heard, a sound that brought with it a sense of confusion and disorientation.

As he blinked, trying to clear the fog from his mind, he noticed a warm, comforting weight on his arm.

Turning his head slightly, Nunew saw Zee asleep beside him, his head resting on the edge of the bed. Zee's hand was wrapped around Nunew's arm, holding on as if afraid to let go. There were dark circles under Zee's eyes, and his usually sharp features looked softer, almost vulnerable in sleep. It was clear that he had been there for a while, watching over Nunew.

A soft knock on the door broke the silence, and Leang quietly entered the room. He paused when he saw that Nunew was awake, offering a gentle smile as he approached the bed.

"Oh, you're finally awake." Leang whispered, his voice laced with relief. He glanced at Zee with a fond look, noticing how Zee still hadn't let go of Nunew's arm, before turning back to Nunew.

Nunew tried to sit up, but the slight movement caused Zee to stir. He mumbled something in his sleep, his grip on Nunew's arm tightening slightly before he finally woke up. Zee blinked, his eyes still heavy with sleep, but they immediately sharpened when he saw that Nunew was awake.

"Nhu," Zee whispered, his voice thick with relief as he straightened up, his hand still resting on Nunew's arm.

"How are you feeling? Do you need anything?"

Nunew managed a weak smile, "I'm okay, Hia." he reassured, his voice soft but steady.

"You really scared us, you know that?" Leang crossing his arms and letting out a sigh scolded, though his tone was more concerned than harsh.

"The doctor said you fainted because you've been pushing yourself too hard and not getting enough sleep."

Nunew looked away, feeling a bit guilty. "I didn't realize..."

Leang's expression softened. "It's okay for now, but please pay more attention to yourself. Your safety is our priority," he said more gently, hoping the seriousness of the situation had sunk in.

He knew Nunew was always so focused on doing his best that he often neglected his own well-being.

Nunew nodded, and Leang gave him a gentle smile, though he wanted to scold him further, he knew it wouldn't help the situation right now. Nunew felt Zee's grip tighten slightly, and he turned to meet his gaze.

"Nhu..." Zee began, his gaze fixed on Nunew's hand as he gently caressed it.

"I'm really sorry. I feel terrible that I didn't notice how you were feeling. I got too caught up in my emotions, arguing with Joss, and I completely missed that you weren't well. I should have been paying more attention to you instead of letting my emotions take over." Zee's voice trembled slightly as he spoke, his thumb continuing to caress Nunew's hand.

"It's okay, Hia. It's not your fault. I guess I really need to talk to Joss about this." Nunew replied, his voice gentle as he tried to ease the worry in Zee's eyes. He gave Zee a small, reassuring smile, hoping to lighten the mood.

But Zee shook his head. "No, I'm part of this too, and I owe you an apology. I promise I won't let it happen again," he said, his voice firm with determination.

Zee leaned in closer, his eyes softening as he looked at Nunew with a tender expression.

"I'll make it up to you tomorrow," he added, his tone lightening as he gave Nunew's hand a gentle squeeze. "After all, it's a special day. The one that I've been looking forward to."
