I asked him if he could stay the night since i didn't want to be alone, we were watching a movie and drinking some tea. I couldn't help but feel nervous, my heart was loud the whole night

and everytime i glanced at him my heart raced out of my chest, my body felt drawn to him, he turned to me and caught me staring, he chuckled, "you okay?"he asked

his voice seeped into my ears smoothly, i felt like i was in the presence of my crush, like a hopeless teenager, seeking attention from her crush, we locked eyes, my couch barely fits us so our breath intertwined into each other

the air around us thickened, we were leaning in, within a split second our lips touched kissing slowly, it was a sweet lingering kiss that made me feel like floating, his hand went to my thighs to behind my knee and pulled into his lap straddling him

we never broke the kiss, in fact it evolved into making out, as i was over the moon my subconscious decided to remind me of the scene yesterday, playing it clear and slow, Chan has a fiancé, my eyes shot open and i pulled away

guilt sucking the air out of my lungs, "what's wrong?"he rested his hands on my hips, i looked at him, he looks clueless, did he forget about her? I got off his lap standing awkwardly, "that was wrong of me I'm sorry i shouldn't have kissed you knowing you have a fiancé now"i said in one breath

"woah Haneul relax, look at me"he said, standing up towering me with his height, "Haneul look at me please?"he softly spoke, i looked at him, he smiled softly, "my relationship with Saera is business don't feel guilty about what happened"he said

that doesn't make it okay for me to kiss you, what if she likes you? What if you like her? What if I'm standing in between a relationship that could work? I stepped backwards, "i think you should leave"my heart broke into pieces

i didn't want him to leave, but i had to, "Haneul?"he walked towards me, "please Chan please leave"a tear rolled down my cheek and i quickly wiped it, he sighed and grabbed his stuff and left, i sat on the couch cursing myself, I'm such a horrible person.

We were at a BBQ at Chan's house, i was just standing holding my cup observing Chan and his fiancé, they looked really playful together, after what happened last week, the kiss made it clear for me that i like him, but he seems happy with her

"she didn't really like me, she said she just wanted someone around her?"he sighed, "i'm sorry, i didn't really think she was that type of person"i said leaning against the counter, i saw him coming closer to me, i looked up at him, "do you perhaps like Chan?"he asked making my heart pound

"sorry i just saw you looking at him so i assumed"he spoke panicing, "it doesn't matter if i like him or not he's getting married soon so.."i sighed, he held my hand, out of the blue, i looked at him confused, "do i still have a chance?"he asked, i stared at him

what is happening, "Seungkwan.. i-"i was cut off by a drunk Soonyoung, "here you are"he hugged Seungkwan, "ah i was busy"Seungkwan whined, "oh! Hi Haneul"Soonyoung smiled, "let's go eat guys"Soonyoung swung and arm around my shoulder, and dragged us outside

my eyes met with Chan's, he raised his eyebrows in confusion, sensing the awkwardness between me and Seungkwan, we sat at the table, Chan and Saera served the meat, we thanked them and we started eating, i wasn't paying attention to anything around just thinking about what Seungkwan said

i like Chan, but it seems that Chan likes Saera, now Seungkwan wants us back together, what is this, I sighed loudly and everyone looked at me, "what's wrong?"Mingyu asked, "nothing"i chuckled awkwardly, my phone buzzed i checked it

Dad:it's past midnight when are you coming home?

Haneul:dad im at a friends house don't worry

Dad:its a house full of men i want you home now

Haneul:there's a girl here too

Dad:doesn't make it better, home now.

Haneul:okay :(

Dad:driver on his way be ready

Haneul: >:(

Dad:Haneul don't start sulking now you're gonna see them again
