Dino and Minghao broke up a few months ago but Chan gets into an accident and ends up losing his memory and thinks that he and Minghao are still dating.

Dino's eyes fluttered open, and he found himself in a sterile, white hospital room. His head throbbed, and his vision was blurry.

As he tried to sit up, a wave of dizziness washed over him.

Joshua, who had been sitting by his bedside, immediately stood up to help.

"Hey, take it easy, Dino. You've been in an accident."

Dino groaned, rubbing his temples.

"An accident? How long have I been here?"

"Just a couple of days."

Joshua replied gently.

"The doctors said you need rest."

Dino's eyes darted around the room, searching for someone.

"Where's Hao hyung? Why isn't he here?"

Joshua hesitated, exchanging a concerned look with Seungcheol, who had just entered the room.

"Uh, Minghao hasn't visited yet."

Joshua said carefully.

Dino frowned, confusion etched on his face.

"Why not? He's my boyfriend. Why wouldn't he be here?"

Seungcheol stepped closer, placing a reassuring hand on Dino's shoulder.

"Let's focus on your recovery for now, Dino. We'll make sure Minghao visits soon."

Dino looked bewildered but nodded, lying back down with a sigh.

"Okay, but I really want to see him."

After Dino fell back asleep, Joshua and Seungcheol left the room, their faces filled with worry.

They gathered the other members in the hallway to discuss the situation.

"Guys, Dino thinks he's still dating Minghao."

Joshua said quietly.

Jeonghan's eyes widened in surprise.

"But they broke up months ago. He doesn't remember?"

"It seems like the accident caused some memory loss,"

Seungcheol explained.

"We need to talk to Minghao about this."

Later that day, Minghao arrived at the hospital, having been briefed by the others about Dino's condition.

He stood at the doorway of Dino's room, a mixture of guilt and apprehension on his face.
