Dino got into a fight with the agency because they were forcing him to date an actress to cover up a scandal that involves their CEO and when he refused they threatened him with the members.
He didn't know what to do so he went to a club and got drunk and one of the waitress, who happen to know their manager, called him saying that Dino is drunk and needs to go home.
Other members found out about this and went to the club with the manager and when the members arrived at the club they saw a guy trying to sexually assault Dino and being drunk Dino couldn't push him away.
They helped Dino and called the security, then went to the dorm and forced him to take a shower to sober him up, and when he did they were so mad at him that they kept yelling at him because he put himself in danger by drinking, that too in a public place, by himself, all alone.
After the members calmed a bit, he told them the truth.

Dino sat in the cold, sterile office of the agency, his heart pounding in his chest.
The CEO's harsh words echoed in his mind as he stared at the contract laid out before him.
"Dino, we need you to date this actress. It will cover up the scandal involving the CEO."
The manager had said, a mix of urgency and authority in his voice.
Dino's brows furrowed.
"I can't do that. I won't fake a relationship."
The manager's eyes narrowed.
"You don't have a choice. If you don't comply, we will take action against your members."
Dino's stomach churned at the thought. His members were his family, his brothers.
He couldn't bear the thought of them suffering because of him.
Yet, he couldn't bring himself to agree to the deceitful scheme.
"I... I need time to think."
Dino stammered, feeling the walls closing in on him.
"You have until the end of the day."
The manager replied coldly before dismissing him.
As Dino walked out of the building, he felt a heavy weight on his shoulders.
The city lights blurred in his vision as tears welled up in his eyes.
He needed to clear his head, to escape the pressure.
He found himself gravitating towards a nearby club, a place where he could drown his sorrows and forget the impossible choice he faced.
The club was loud, the music pulsing through the air as Dino downed his third shot.
