When the morning arrived, Piccolo was up bright and early doing his morning meditation and then training. When he returned to the hotel it was barely five in the morning, he made his way to the bathroom and took a shower. When he was done showering, he made breakfast for everyone. Though he doesn't eat, he only makes something delicious for his friends.

Makoto was the first to arrive in the kitchen after she was awakened, she saw Piccolo who was done making breakfast. He placed the food on the plates and then he placed them on the table.

"Good morning, Piccolo, you're up early," Makoto greeted as she sat down at the table.

"Yeah, I was out training until I decided to make breakfast for everyone," Piccolo said, smiling at her.

She smiled back. "Why, that is sweet of you, Picco. I would have cooked breakfast if you didn't wake up early."

"Well, it's my turn for breakfast duty," Piccolo replied, letting out a chuckle.

Then Gohan and Ami got out of their bedrooms and greeted them.

"Morning, guys. We just smell breakfast so we would come over." Gohan said.

"Morning, Gohan and Ami," Makoto greeted them.

"Good morning, you two," Piccolo said.

"Piccolo, did you make breakfast for us?" Ami asked curiously.

He nodded. "Yes, I did."

Ami then smiled. "Thank you, Piccolo."

"Hey, Piccolo, I have a funny question for you," Gohan said.

Piccolo gave him a curious look. "What is it, Gohan?"

"How come you don't eat food?" Gohan asked.

He sighed. "Well, I have a history of consuming solid food normally a liquid diet of water. As a child, I used to catch a fish and eat it, but I got sick of it. It only requires water to survive, I occasionally eat solid food."

"Interesting," Ami said.

"I do recall seeing Dende eating solid food when we were on a quest. I'm surprised you don't eat human food in the process." Gohan said.

He gave him a look. "Gohan, I live off water."

Gohan sweatdropped off nervously.

After they were done eating breakfast, they eventually went out to explore Bahía de la Luna, but they were walking through the street instead.

"I honestly don't know where the beach is. I made sure I brought some swimming suits for everyone just in case we could go swimming." Makoto said as she brought the big bag with her.

"Don't worry, Mako, I brought the map with us so I will know where the beach is," Gohan said, bringing the map out of the pack bag and showing it to her.

Then Ami noticed the stairs that led her and her friends to the pathway. "Look. A secret pathway."

When she went there, Gohan and Makoto followed her.

"Now hang out there! We don't know what's down there!" Piccolo said as he followed them. He knew they wouldn't reply to him, so he guessed they were busy exploring.

As Piccolo continued to explore, he could feel the wind was blowing. He looked at the sky and then the different places that had plants, bushes, and trees.

Ha, this place is calm. Yet it almost looked like we were in a ghost town. Piccolo thought.

"Oh, hello, kitty," Ami said. Suddenly, a black cat appeared from the bushes. Ami noticed a black cat standing in front of them. Just when she was about to pet, Piccolo stopped her.
