Now let the story begin.

Somewhere in France, [Y/N] [L/N] can barely contain his excitement as his girlfriend Sophie of Team Excalibur brings him to the local planetarium for a date.

This is gonna be awesome! I've been looking forward to this all week!

He thinks to himself with a wide grin on his face, which his girlfriend notices.

Aww, it's so cute to see him so excited. A lot of guys would think this would be a boring place to have a date, but thankfully [Y/N] is much more cultured and actually interested in learning than most are.

The EU blader smiles softly before taking her boyfriend's hand as they enter the planetarium.

[Y/N] : Woah! It's so dark in here Sophie!

Sophie : Yes, it truly makes you feel like you're in space doesn't it?

He nods while a look of awe is present on his face, much to Sophie's amusement.

That child-like wonder is one of the many things I love about him. I'm without a doubt that we are going to have an amazing time here together. After all, I pulled a few strings so that we have the place to ourselves. Being one of Europe's top bladers does come with a few perks.

Sophie : Alright my dear, is there anything in particular you would like to see? Planets? Stars? Galaxies? Whatever you'd like is fine with me.

He thinks for a moment before his face lights up and turns to her.

[Y/N] : Oooh! Can we look at all the different constellations Sophie? You and I are both bladers after all, so it would be really cool to experience what our beys are based on.

He's absolutely right about that. While a select few beyblades are based off characters from different mythologies, the vast majority of them get their names and motifs from one of the eighty-eight constellations that appear in the night sky.

Letting out a small chuckle, the blue haired girl nods at her boyfriend before walking over to the controls.

Sophie : I had a feeling this is what you wanted to see darling. Constellations it is then.

Once the settings are correct, the ceiling of the planetarium becomes covered in various stars that form their respective constellations.

Now that everything is set up, Sophie sits down next to her boyfriend as they watch the stars slowly move above them.

Sophie : This is extremely relaxing, wouldn't you agree my dear?

The French blader asks her boyfriend, but gets no response back.

Sophie : [Y/N]? Is everything alright?

Turning to look at him, the mild concern in her voice is instantly replaced by an amused giggle as Sophie sees her boyfriend stare intently at the constellations.

He's so enraptured by them that he can't even hear me. Why, you could almost see the stars reflected in his bright [E/C] eyes.

[Y/N] : Sophie look! That's the snake constellation Serpens and over there is the eagle constellation Aquila!

Sophie : I see them. They're beautiful aren't they?

[Y/N] : Uh-huh! Although, they aren't nearly as breathtaking as you Sophie.

He says sweetly, causing her to blush a little.

Sophie : Thank you darling, I believe the same sentiment applies to you as well.

Now it was [Y/N]'s turn to blush as he wraps an arm around his girlfriend as he continues pointing out the different constellations.

[Y/N] : There's Taurus, Libra, and all the way over there is the dragon constellation Draco! It's the one that guy Ryuga's bey L-Drago is based on.

Sophie : Y-yes, indeed it is.

Though I would rather not remember that incredibly terrifying blader after my encounter with him the night before Team Excalibur's match against Japan's team GanGan Galaxy.

She flinches slightly at the unpleasant memory before quickly shaking it off.

Sophie : [Y/N], look over there.

He turns to where she is pointing and sees Pegasus, the winged horse constellation, causing his [E/C] eyes to widen in delight.

[Y/N] : Pegasus, the constellation that serves as the inspiration for the bey belongs to Gingka Hagane, the world's strongest blader!

I remember watching Battle Bladers all the way through and being amazed by Gingka's bey spirit! Then the World Chanpionships happened and I was blown away by him even more than I already was! His bey Pegasus even defeated Julian's Gravity Destroyer! One day, I hope to have even half the skill that Gingka has.

Sophie : Indeed. You really know your stuff don't you [Y/N]?

[Y/N] : Of course! Beyblade is my second favorite thing in the entire world, which is why I was so excited to come here with you today Sophie! Everyone's beys are connected to the stars and the cosmos, which only helps to fuel my love for astronomy even more.

Hmm? Beyblade isn't his favorite thing? How curious...

Sophie : Yes, I know how passionate you are about stars and all things related to them, but if you don't mind me asking, what is your favorite thing?

[Y/N] : Do you even need to ask me that Sophie? The answer should be obvious. It's you Sophie. As much as I love beyblade, I love you a hundred times more.

He flashes her a sweet smile as she blushes once again and pulls him into a short kiss before pulling away while gazing lovingly into his [E/C] eyes.

Sophie : You know exactly how to make my heart flutter don't you?

[Y/N] : What can I say? You've made me this way. I love you so much Sophie.

Sophie : I know, but not nearly as much as I love you [Y/N].

The two embrace and share another kiss, this one much more passionate as the whale constellation Cetus slowly glides over their heads.
