It was soon approaching the afternoon and I could tell from the way it was moving from the eastern mountains and towards the west where nothing but the vast empty skies was shown. I made my way down the gravelly dirt path, slowly descending the steep short hill to the town.

Although the path leading me back towards civilization was slightly disorienting, I soon made it straight back into town without any trouble, and walking past the gates guarded by the hardworking citizens of the town, I proceeded to venture into the central plaza in curiosity.

I had some time on hand before Dhargan finished up with the enchantments on my equipment and although I would've liked to continue watching him, I would most certainly end up disturbing his work, intentional or not.

However, when I informed him of my departure, he had given me a time he'd most likely be done and for me to pick up. Yet, he also mentioned how it'd take a couple of hours and it will be around evening's time when everything's fully completed to his standard.

Thus, with an abundant amount of leisure time, I was left to do whatever I'd like for the duration of it and the first thing I had in mind was to gander and peruse the streets of the goods of the past. Down a street and turning corners, I soon found myself looking at a bustling street.

Streets filled with vendors calling to the passersby to see their wares and restaurants packed full of people ranging from a wide array of social classes. I shifted my eyes from the store right beside me down the street and with a soothed heart I began slowly wandering ahead.

Yet that feeling of easiness was suddenly cut short as the familiar voice of somebody yelling sounded towards my right. I turned to see the source of the sound and immediately, I came to realize it was none other than Emily and Raymond eating outside a restaurant together.

"What did you just say!? Why are you suddenly restricting me from ordering anymore? Can't you see I'm not even halfway full? You better keep bringing out my orders or I'll destroy this sad sight of a restaurant!" Emily yelled at the worried waiter as all kinds of threats were lobbed at him.

"My sincerest apologies for my companion here, please allow me to compensate you, we will be on our way immediately after she finishes with her meal..." Raymond replied as he handed the server with an exorbitant tip like it was spare change.

The waiter's eyes lit like glowing bulbs of light and quickly accepting the wealthy elder's compensation, he returned back into the restaurant to presumably continue his line of work. With the charade of a situation sorted, I approached two who sat comfortably in their seats.

"Raymond? Emily? What a coincidence finding the two of you here... Weren't you just dueling an hour ago?" I asked of the pair as I pulled in a chair to sit down on the table that was practically covered by dirty plates of food consumed by the insatiable berzerker.

"We're simply here to kill time, I assume you're here to do the same as well, no? Dhargan usually takes a while since he's quite the perfectionist when it comes to his line work. He gets quite sensitive when he's denied time during a project..."

"And regarding why I'm here with Emily, I'm simply treating to a meal after all the pranks and games I've played with her during our heated battle. It was quite the fun but this little one over here doesn't take pranks and games quite well~" Raymond teased as she glared intensely.

"Tsk, I'm only doing this because I'm short on cash, a simple meal isn't going to suffice after all I've been through you fucker... At least be a little compassionate to a recovering patient!" Emily shouted aloud, disturbing the other customers who were dining away peacefully.

"Cash? I figured each one of you would be quite wealthy considering how much time you all have spent in this town... Is this a case for you as well Raymond?" I asked of the assassin and in response, he shook his head while bearing a smile.
