"That's what happened," Jungkook let out a breath as he finished explaining the situation to everyone on the phone call.
"I see," Jimin hummed.
"That's kinda complicated," Tae said.
"Hmm. Did Jin have a switch in his personality?" Tae continued.
"Or did he just get a new one after forgetting the old one?" Jimin wondered.
"Maybe both. At least he is in good health. Don't forget to get him medicine, JK," Suga said.
"Hmm, I know."
"What is he doing now?" Suga asked.
"Still sleeping."
"Okay, as I said, I know my plan will work. So come back home soon. Of course, bring Jin as well. I think my plan will help Jin remember everything," Jimin spoke excitedly.
"Okay, but what will you do?" Jungkook asked, curiosity piquing Suga and Tae as well.
Jimin only laughed and then said, "Don't worry, my plan is good and simple. Just need to trigger something in Jin to remember you and us. All you need to do is show him love. Also, if possible, continue to speak about your 'angel.' Yeah, Jin is that angel but he doesn't know that for now. So keep mentioning him and see Jin's reaction. Plus, don't forget to get him to eat. That's not healthy for the baby, even if he doesn't want to eat and feels nauseous. You must get him to eat anything he wants, okay? Then you can come here and let me do the rest of the work. Understand?"
"Fine, I know. You don't have to teach me everything," Jungkook said, cutting the call as he glanced at Jin who was sleeping peacefully. He sat beside Jin and watched him sleep with a smile when Jin called him and asked him about whatever had happened, which he ended up explaining in detail. Jimin somehow seemed happy after knowing the story, and he wondered what was going on in his head when Jin slowly moved around as he woke up from his slumber.
"Oh, Jungkookie..."
"Did you have a good sleep?"
"Yeah," Jin nodded as he sat up, rubbing his eyes.
"Are you hungry? Tell me anything you are craving for," Jungkook said.
After a moment of thinking, Jin said, "Something spicy... then sweet. Get me potato chips, spicy ramen, soft tofu stew, samgyeopsal, jjajangmyeon, cola, fried fries, and a chicken burger too. That's all for now." Jin said, caressing his stomach and licking his lips.
Jungkook chuckled, nodding before he grabbed his phone and ordered the foods his baby wanted. Soon, the food arrived, and Jin happily ate. Jungkook just sat there, resting his chin on his palm as he watched Jin eat with heart eyes.
After finishing eating, Jin sat lazily, resting his head on the chair and caressing his tummy. "Guess the baby is satisfied now."
"It won't be unless you eat ice cream."
"Ice cream?" Jin asked, excited. Jungkook nodded before getting up and went to get ice cream for his baby.
"Oh... how'd you know this flavor is my favorite?" Jin asked as he enjoyed his ice cream.
"Well, you are my... best friend. I should know things about you." Jungkook smiled. "You remember it's your favorite ice cream?"
"Yes, I do... I felt a happy rush over me when I saw it. So it must be my favorite. Just how I feel happiness rushing over me when I see you." Jin subconsciously said, surprising Jungkook.
"Huh?"
"I mean... well, you are my friend too? So maybe that's why I feel happy seeing you until you are talking about some angel." Jin said the last line with a roll of his eyes, annoyed.
