Olive's pov

I hope no one follows me after I've left the place. It was getting very very uncomfortable. Not because i don't like carnivals no i love them i used to be a fan of them infact I am.
It just that I've come to realised its not. Just a big fact crush i have on Jeff there's more to it. But whatever. In the office i had somethings to get printed so i headed over the printer room. But to my dismay it was occupied, with Jeff and someone else I don't know who that was so I knocked before going in, they acknowledged me i went ahead and strated printing, the other person was a girl i haven't seen her before but judging by the id card around her neck, she must be someone working here.

While i was waiting i heard the girl say,
"What a nuisance here we were having the time of our lives and she came in to bug, uggh!"

I looked at her with a questionable look and she said
"Yes bitch im talking about you only"

" Well then don't make this office your bedroom yah? Go inside the bathroom or somthing IDGAF about bimbos like you "

She gasped so hard i thought her lungs were taken out and then she batted her eyelashes looking at Jeff and said " how can she speak to me like that? And you wont tell her anything??"

" Olive please leave" That's all Jeff said. I was shocked yet managed a "Okay sir" firmly before leaving the bimbo called me a bitch again so i flipped her off with my two middle fingers.
What really hurt me was Jeff just sided with her? I mean i wasnt even wrong she started it and i am not someone who lets go easily. I was pissed, moreover when work that day was done I was waiting for a cab (sarah had to work late that day), as soon as the cab came the bimbo from earlier rushed in before me inside the cab and said "thanks newbie". I thought to let it go because i don't care . As long as im doing my job and getting paid nothing that comes in my way really matters.

I came home made myself coffee and soon drifted off to sleep. When i woke up sarah was home and sound asleep in her room. And i was hungry and couldn't stop thinking about how Jeff acted, but why was i so affected? He's not my boyfriend or anything and i dont even know if he's in a relationship or something. That bimbo maybe his girlfriend for crying out loud! And who am i? Just a new employee in his company. I have literally no rights. With that i went to sleep again. I didn't tell sarah about this because it wasnt necessary and also avoided jeff as much as possible at the office.

I don't know where im headed right now but the house in front of me looks like a bar, i might as well end up there it's weekend after all and im turning 21 tomorrow.

I enter the bar there aren't many people hereits kinda cozy, i go up to the bar counter and say, "first time, wanna let loose" the girl bartender smiles at me, and starts mixxing things, whole i decide to scan the area with my eyes. Ofc there are couples making out , people dancing and all 'this-is-what-happens-in-a-bar thing. Across the room i can see a guy/man? Staring at me but i decide to think hes looking elsewhere and concentrate back on my drink being made. It was done and i tried it it was both sweet and bitter to the tongue but as i gulped down  it was the best thing ever, I ordered for another and soon i was 4 drinks (not)sober, i was a little tipsy, when i could feel someone looking at me I opened my eyes to find a frat boy who is infact VERY DRUNK* and says "are you a wall imma pin you in painting"
My sassy self was more than happy to say
"You've interchanged the words dear, learn better next time" the bartender laughs at this. And after 5 minutes I pay and leave the bar basically walking on clouds. I don't know where im going or whats near me im just going, walking like this for a few more minutes i find myself a bench and sit in it thinking i just need a little rest and then ill go home.

But the next time i opened my eyes it was the morning sun staring at my face and i was lying sideways on the bence i found last night, and evrything came back to me. And at the end of my thoughts i said well happy Birthday to me i Guess.

I reached home around 8 in the morning. (Damn i wandered off far)
I wait outside the door preparing myself for Sarah's scoldings and just as she opens the door i say
" Im sorry i wandered off, just neede some space, i wint so that again im really sorry" to my surprise she didn't scold me she just hugged me tightly and asked me to go change and she had baked pancakes.

I do as asked and sit next to her and explain everything. She replies with a 'o' and i nod my hesd digging into the pancake (yes i didn't tell her i drunk last night and passed out )
Also she didn't wish me a happy birthday wish me a happy Birthday.
  
"So miss adult, what do you wanna do today?"
She smirked while asking and added
"You seriously didn't think id forget ryt?"

I was happy and replied giddyly
"GIRLS DAY OUT"

we went around ,had fun and we were at a restaurant and Pedro joined us he offered me a little gift, and ifc Sarah showered me with gifts.
I asked Sarah if we could go to the bar, we did .

We had a few rounds when suddenly Sarah asked me to close my eyes and walk i was tipsy but i said okay and i walked wherever she told me and as soon as we reached she whispered a "I'm sorry" and LEFT ME. I took off the blindfold to find myself inside one if the VIP room of the bar.
I thought what was going on and finnally saw there's someone in the room and the door behind me wss just closed to which the man turned this way and I told myself

'SHIT"
