chapter 2

As expected the next day when sarah woke up ahe had this urge to bang her head on the wall because of the headache practically deafening her.

"Ughhh I'm going to Ki---"...
Olive walks in with a strong smelling coffee and smiles at poor sarah. She mumbles something before accepting the hot coffee and sips loudly.
~slurrrp~
"What plans do you have today?" She asks and finishes her coffee with one big gulp.
"Oh nothing... actually was wondering about the interview on monday... Pretty anxious you know"

(Oh yeah Olive had an interview in Sarah's office)
She's been interning a lot after Highschool and now wants somthing permanent.
Sarah had been working at the  Conway enterprises from a year back and yes olive has to work there becauses besties stick together.

OLIVE's POV
Sarah phone starts ringing on the night stand and since she is yet to fully recover I picked it up and saw its her co-worked Kelly (a literal bitch).. I answered the call and before I could say anything Kelly almost screamed her lungs out and said
" SARAH OUR BOSS QUIT AND SOME NEW HOTSHOT IS OUR NEW BOSS I DONT KNOW HIS NAME YET BUT IVE SEEN HIS PICTURE AND GOD DAMN THAT MAN'S HOT"
I glanced at sarah who gave me a weird expression half giggling, half shocked and yes half ded.

"Um actually Sarah is in the bathroom this is her friend olive and yes I'll convey to her that the old boss left and some ~greek god~ is the new boss"I said with sarcasm and cut the call without further ado.
I told sarah that I'm going out to grocery shopping and later we must go shopping.. OFC I need good clothes for my new office.
I left my messy haired bestfriend in the bed and went downstairs to the grocery shopping.
Whilst doing that I could hear gurls giggling behind me at first I thought its just some crazy teenage stuff but they continued and I looked back at them only to find them looking at someone right beside me ( A few inches apart actually) I followed their gaze to the person beside me who was wearing a hoodie and looking at juice bottles.
"Silly teeange phase" I thought to myself and went back to filling my basket with cookies.

"Which one do you prefer?" A  voice asked.
I Looked in the direction of the voice and said sorry as if to say I didn't hear him clearly. Without paying much attention to who that actually was I took a look at the bottles in his hand and then professionally said
"Depends on the kind of taste you're looking for"
And I finally looked at him although he was wearing shades I could sense his eyes on me.
" Uhhh... Sweet? Maybe a little salty too"
I moved my head side to side.
"Hmm then neither of the bottles you're holding will do I'd prefer the kiwi one for the taste you're looking for"
"Thanks" he said
And I moved towards the billing counter after waiting for about 5minutes it was my turn. I un-loaded the items from the basket and was fetching my card out when I saw that familiar guy behind me and he said
"Hello, again"
I smiled and replied with a short "hi"

I've known to make friends very easily and people would actually find me and extrovert but the truth is I find it extremely annoying when strangers talk to me without any reason and try to mive out of there as soon as possible this is what I did again this time. I turned to leave and saw the man has taken his glasses off and guess what its JEFF FUCKING SATUR. My crush since I don't know how long and I was flabbergasted.But but i shook my head and thought that i was thinking wrong and its someone else maybe a lookalike or somthing. I walked faster and came out to let go a breath I didn't know I was holding.
My head took me back to 8th grade when I first saw him. He was all sweaty but shining sitting at the bleachers with 2 of his best mates. Alex and Pedro.
The trio was the most popular in the school which later became a duo 4 years later me and Sarah the queen bees. But how can it be? That Jeff's here? He was some hotshot billionaire now and so was Alex and Pedro they stuck together. (Yes ofc i stalked him ever since).

I saw Sarah come out from the building and towards me and she hugged me. (Our way of saying hi) And said she'll bring her car over to take us to the mall. I said okay and waited there my brain still confused.

"Hello again, beasty"
Beauty and Beasty were Sarah's and my name being the queen bees of the school.

I turned back to find Jeff, smiling? Or was that smirk? I don't know too flustered to think anything.

" I..uh.. hi.. im -- " i shuttered and wished i could kill myself right there and then ughhh

" Yes I know you, perhaps you don't know me and maybe found it weird that I do...  Oh um where are my manners Im Jeff Satur and you are? Other than beasty you name is?? "
He said all that while giving his hand for a shake i took and shook Graciously and opened my mouth
" Im--"
*Beep beep*
I looked at Sarah in her car peeking her head through the car window.
"Babyyyyy letss gooo im soo hungryyyy and you gentlemen her name's a prize to be earned and not just given."
She practically yelled and i felt a tight grasp around my hand only to realise we didn't leave the handshake yet i awkwardly snatched my hand away and giggled loading the grocery bags at the back of the car. While Jeff stood there completely at awe. I whispered a little bye at him to which he dramatically clasped his hand in his chest with a grasping effect. And we left.

"WHO THE HELL WAS THAT???"
"WHY WERE YOU LIKE A STATUE BACK THERE"
I put my hand on the raging Sarah's head to calm her down and told her all about it. To which she reacted
" Baby gurl finnally someone has your attention"
To which i blurted out
" As if I was dancing with a certain someone yesterday night "
And we both burst out laughing at the same time at that.
