Jungkook was sobbing uncontrollably, pleading, "Saanvi, please, please have some mercy on us... please open your eyes..." Then he screamed, "SAANVII!"

Suddenly, he jolted awake, his heart pounding in his chest. He found himself in the guest room, drenched in sweat. Relief washed over him as he realized, "Thank God, it was just a nightmare." The sunlight streaming through the window cast a soft glow on the room, making everything seem eerily calm in contrast to the chaos of his dream.

Jungkook took a deep breath, trying to calm himself. His breaths were rapid, his heart was still racing, and sweat dotted his forehead. He ran a trembling hand through his dishevelled hair, the vivid scene of his nightmare still playing out before his eyes: Saanvi's lifeless form, the desperation in his voice, the hopelessness in his heart.

He couldn't shake off the feeling of dread. Without wasting a moment, he jumped out of bed and sprinted towards Saanvi's room, his footsteps echoing loudly in the silent house. He flung the door open with a loud thud, his eyes scanning the room frantically.

But Saanvi wasn't there. The neatly made bed and the quiet room only amplified his fear. Panic surged through him like a tidal wave. He could feel his chest tightening, his breaths becoming shallow. "Saanvi?" he called out, his voice breaking.

Jungkook rushed downstairs, his heart sinking with every step. He kept calling out, "Saanvi... Saanvi..." His voice was filled with increasing desperation. Suddenly, he heard the clatter of pots and pans from the kitchen. Without a second thought, he sprinted towards the sound.

Bursting into the kitchen, he saw Saanvi with headphones on, doing a little dance as she cooked. The sight was a stark contrast to the terror he had just experienced.

Relief flooded through him, and he ran towards her. Before Saanvi could even react, Jungkook enveloped her in a tight embrace, holding on as if letting go would make her disappear. "Thank God, thank God you're safe," he whispered, his breath heavy and uneven.

Saanvi caught off guard, removed her headphones and looked at him with a mix of confusion and concern. "Jungkook, what's wrong?" she asked softly, but he couldn't bring himself to let go just yet. He just needed a moment to savour the reality that she was okay.

Saanvi hugged Jungkook back, gently patting his back in a comforting manner. As soon as Jungkook felt Saanvi's hand around him, his mind began to calm.

"I had a really bad dream. You and Y/N... you both had a car accident and... and you died. I-I was so scared, everyone was crying," Jungkook said, his voice trembling with lingering fear.

"It's okay, Jungkook, everything is fine. See, I'm right here in front of you," Saanvi said, gently pulling back to look into his eyes. Her calm demeanour and reassuring smile began to ease his anxiety.

"Yeah, now I feel relieved knowing it was just a nightmare," Jungkook said, taking a deep breath. The vivid terror of his dream started to fade, replaced by the comforting reality of Saanvi's presence.

Saanvi gave him a warm smile and said, "Alright, let's have breakfast, and then I'll head back. Y/N got her period, so I'll take care of her so Jiju can go home." She moved gracefully around the kitchen, setting the plates and preparing the meal with practised ease.

Jungkook watched her for a moment, appreciating the normalcy and warmth of the scene. "Oh, okay. I'll go freshen up," he replied, feeling more at ease now. He headed towards the bathroom, the cool water splashing on his face helping to clear his mind further. The scent of breakfast wafted through the house, a stark contrast to the fear and panic of moments ago.

As he returned to the kitchen, he found Saanvi humming softly to herself, the morning sunlight streaming in and adding a serene glow to the room. It was moments like these that reminded him how precious the ordinary, everyday moments were. They sat down to eat, and the conversation turned to lighter topics, the earlier tension melting away with each passing minute.
