Sorry about the long wait everyone, but here is more Frozen!

The Elemental couple soared out above the big skyscrapers, Elsa hanging onto her husband's broad shoulders. She always loved being able to feel how strong he was.

Brooklyn breathed in the smell of being able to be home, even if the air wasn't the best, this was his true home and island, flying around the Twin Towers as he did so.

"What are these buildings?" Elsa called out, looking at the towers in awe. Brooklyn grinned at her. "The World Trade Center. We once battled Puck on here who turned all the humans down below into gargoyles and I turned human.

Elsa blinked. She had a hard time believing her husband had actually been human for a while. "How did it feel? Being in a human body?"

The red gargoyle flushed, unsure how to answer without being offensive. "Uh, well, I-I... not as strong. Oh, updraft!" He called for a distraction, quickly flying upward above the antenna of the buildings.

He looked to her. "What do you want to see next?"

The ice queen stared about everywhere. "There's too much to choose from, and you know this place better love. You can pick the spot."

Brooklyn grinned. He knew exactly where to go first. "Then, to Lady Liberty. Our island's statue of freedom."

He directed his wings towards the island where the statue was, Elsa feeling the wind in her hair, now smelling the ocean coming up when reaching the edge of the city. Her eyes shone when seeing the big body of water below, much calmer than the Dark Sea in Arendelle.

Soon the beaked gargoyle landed on the top of the Statue of Liberty, Elsa climbing off of his back, the two gazing out at the sight of the city from this far, holding hands lovingly.

After some time in standing on the statue Brooklyn had Elsa climb back up, going into where he could find a place to give her the first taste of real New York food, possibly a hot dog.

He spotted a hot dog vending machine that was closed but the hot dogs were still kept in the cooler. Brooklyn managed to cook one for her, Elsa accepting the food, staring at it in curiosity.

"It's pork, really, not made out of dog meat," Brooklyn explained when her eyes were afraid that they killed dogs. She sighed in relief but then Brooklyn had something prickle in his mind. He had to soon tell her about his encounter with Demona, shaking with guilt that he didn't say anything to her or Anna, heart twanging painfully.

Elsa saw him looking downcast. "Love, what is it?" She asked, after finishing her hot dog. Brooklyn shrugged. "Nothing, I'm fine. Maybe, we can try going to the zoo now?"

The former Ice Queen then nodded, taking Brooklyn's hand gently, the two going into the air again but were unaware of a pair of eyes watching them from afar, following the couple.

In the shadows, Demona the former mate of Goliath had been out this night and had seen Brooklyn but he wasn't alone like he usually would. This time a human female she had never seen before in the city was with him.

By the way they looked at each other, it wound up filling Demona with disdain; realizing the two were... together. How could Brooklyn even consider an interspecies relationship? He was betraying the gargoyle race like Goliath! Her eyes glowed red, growling while gliding after them, seeing the two go into the zoo.

It would be too public for Demona to venture in after them, deciding to find a spot for a good ambush and went into the park. She would wait for the right moment.
