Brooklyn continued to sleep through some of the morning, he yawned when opening his eyes, spotting Xanatos there upon his awakening who was grinning at him.

"This will be the first for me to say good morning to you, Brooklyn. And how did you fare sleeping as as human?"

The former gargoyle shrugged. "Alright I guess. I'm still looking forward to being a gargoyle again. I wish I didn't have to wait a whole week." He sat up, getting up from the bed, seeing the sunlight from outside his window. It made Brooklyn grin, but inside, he missed seeing it with his mate.

Xanatos gave him some clothes which was one of his own suits for Brooklyn to wear who instantly changed, wanting to go and see his love in her stone form. David gave a nod of approval from how Brooklyn looked. "That suit really makes you look good Brooklyn. But you may haven't o do something about your hair. I could probably have Fox work on it for you."

Brooklyn held up his hair, noting that him with white bushy long hair would make him stand out a little too much, nodding. "Ok. But I wish to see my mate first."

The two of them went out to the parapets; Brooklyn hoping Elsa was sleeping ok in her stone sleep, seeing his whole clan out there now. His eyes grew round since he never saw Goliath or the others like this before. Looking about, he soon saw the girl of his dreams asleep on her perch, face still worried from the first night which was understandable. Brooklyn smiled at his wife, stroking her arm.

He eventually gave her a small kiss on her stone cheek. "I'll soon see you the next night, love." Brook promised Elsa and he went back inside to eat with the Xanatos family, hoping his second experience as a human will be a little more memorable than the first time, wanting to be able to see the world from Elsa's POV.

After breakfast which was mostly of eggs and pancakes, Fox took Brooklyn into the dressing room where she usually tended to her husband's needs, studying his hair. "This definitely needs some work done." Fox complimented, though Brooklyn had a thought in his head. "Please don't cut it. I don't want to imagine myself with short hair as a gargoyle." He couldn't help but cringe at the thought.

Fox chuckled. "I won't, but at least let me make it not so bushy." She pulled out a brush and a tie that she would use like how Xanatos did his hair, beginning to brush it down. Brooklyn winced, for no thanks to all the knots, it was rather painful.

Some time after all that brushing, Brooklyn's hair was pretty much smoothed down, tied up in a pony tail knot which made him almost resemble David but with white hair. He looked at Fox in gratefulness. "Thanks Fox. At least nobody will look at me weird now."

Smiling, Fox nodded. "No problem. But from what I heard Elisa is going to bring you out on a daytime patrol, am I right?"

Brooklyn nodded. "Yeah, which should be pretty cool. But, is it alright if I'm calling myself Brooklyn, or will I have to get myself a fake name?"

Fox thought for a moment, wondering what sort of name that Brooklyn could use until David's voice spoke. "How about; Kelvin Jacobson? It has no ties into your original name, and makes you feel like a businessman or a motor biker."

It made the second grin, then agree with the idea. "Kelvin. yeah, I kinda like it." He said until eventually spotting Elisa arriving.

Elisa waved Brooklyn over who went to her, eager to hear what plans she had for him. "Wow, looking savvy there Brooklyn!" Elisa complimented, Brooklyn unable to stop himself from adjusting his collar, grinning. "You mean, Kelvin Jacobson? That's my human name."

The detective raised her brow, looking to Xanatos but then shrugging. "Pretty suitable for you I suppose. I asked the chief if I could do day patrol today so you can tag along."
