We're all sitting in the middle of the cafeteria on the floor, playing truth or dare. So far, a pair of twins, Jenny and Jasmine, had to make out with each other for at least five seconds, Lilly had to do a somersault, and a geek by the name of Waldo had to tell everyone his crush, which ended up being me.

"Alright, awkward. Ren, it's your turn to pick someone," Sally announces. Please don't pick me, I pray silently as his eyes scan the circle. They finally land on me and he smiles. I curse myself.

"Violet, truth or dare," he says.

"Dare." I stare at him.

"I dare you to come and sit in my lap until the bell rings," he commands. I groan as I crawl over to him, while all the other girls, expect for Lilly, glare at me. When I finally place myself in his lap, I glance at all the girls who look like they want to strangle me.

"She can't help the fact that she's cute, ok? Get over yourselves," Lilly says.

"Lilly," I call.

"Dare," she replies.

"I dare you to smack Ren," I command.

"With pleasure," she says. She scrambles over and smacks Ren in the back of the head with full force. He feigns pain, and she rolls her eyes. "Ray, truth or dare?"

"Truth," he responds.

"What's your biggest secret," she interrogates. He freezes up like a deer in headlights, his eyes flicking from one person to the next.

"U-Um. The truth is...I'm gay," he admits, staring at his hands. There's a pause before everyone erupts in cheers. He looks confused by this,; I guess he was expecting them to all reject him. This gives him energy and he picks Lilly. "Truth or dare."

"Truth," she says.

"Is it true that you're in a relationship with Violet," he asks. Everyone perks up to hear her answer.

"Nope. Sorry guys, but that was all in your heads. You can still keep dreaming though," she tells them. They all sulk. "Vi."

"Dare," I say.

"I dare you to lay on top of Ren for the rest of the game," she says. I glare at her while Ren positions himself on the ground.

"Come on, princess," he says, patting his chest. I scowl at Lilly as I lower myself on top of him, avoiding eye contact. Lilly whispers something in his ear and he smiles. "I will make sure to. Thank you for sharing this information."

"Lilly," I say.

"Dare," she tells me. I smirk at her. This would be the best revenge I've gotten on her. Lilly,'s crush is sitting two people over, and his name is Kevin.

"I dare you to make out with Kevin for 60 seconds," I announce, arching an eyebrow at her. "With tongue." Her face turns into a tomato as she gales at me.

"Your gonna pay for this," she says. She walks on her knees over to Kevin and cups his cheeks with both of her hands. To my surprise, and hers, he pulls her onto his lap and brings his lips to hers. She kisses him back after a millisecond of hesitation. His hands rest on the back of her knees for a moment before sliding up to her waist.

"Alright, your minutes up," I say. They grudgingly pull away from each other, but neither of them move away. She turns around and situates herself in his lap.

"Ren," he calls.

"Dare," Ren replies.

"I dare you to take off your shirt," Kevin tells him. I sit up, my thighs straddling his hips. He lifts the fabric over his head, revealing a an muscular stomach. He has a solid form; you could see his six pack clearly unlike most guys.

"You like what you see," he says. Damn, he caught me staring, I think. I rolls my eyes to play it off. "Your turn, princess. Truth or dare."

"Dare," I challenge.

"Time for that shirt to come off," he says.

"Truth," I switch quickly, but he shakes his head, denying me the chance of switching. I growl as I lift the shirt over my head agonizingly slow. Once it's finally removed, I reposition myself back on top of him. "Sally."

"Truth," she calls.

"When was your first kiss," I ask. She tells me it was just yesterday. "Awww. That's cute. I pick dare, by the way."

"I dare you to make out with Ren," she orders. "For two minutes." I gape at her then my eyes find Lilly to find her grinning evilly.

"You son of a bi," I start, but I'm cut off by Ren when he presses his lips to mine. I want to slap him, but my body does the opposite: I kiss him back. I comb my hands through his hair and groan at how soft it is. His hands travel down my body until their resting just above my ass. He rolls over, and now he's on top.

I hear a giggle, which causes me to open my eyes. I spot Lilly with her phone directed at us, most likely video taping us. I remove one hand from Ren's hair to flick her off. He grabs both my wrists and pins them down to the granite floor. He shoves his tongue in my mouth and pushes against mine.

"Guys. It's past two minutes," Lilly says, chuckling. He pulls away, but not before biting my bottom lip and giving it a little pull. He smirks at me while I glare at him. I turn my glare to Lilly, and an idea comes to mind. I crawl from underneath Ren and make my way towards Kevin.

"I'm gonna tell you a secret," I tell him before leaning on close. I whisper Lilly's turn on spots in Kevin's ear low enough so she can't hear. When I pull away, he glances at me with eyes full of surprise.

"How did you..." he starts to ask, but I press my finger to my lips and shake my head. He reluctantly shuts his mouth and watches me with caution. I smile at him before making my way back to Ren. He has his head propped up with his hand, and he's laying on his side so it would be easier for him to observe me.

When I'm within arms reach, Ren lifts me up and places me on him, my head resting on his chest. Everyone seems unsure of what to do, so I take my chance to end the game while it stills stands.

"Alright guys, I say we play something else," I say, sitting up. I grab my shirt and pull it over my head. The silence that hangs in the air makes it so awkward that I start fidgeting unconsciously, unaware that I'm rubbing up against Ren.

"You should really stop doing that," He whispers in my ear.

"Stop doing what," I question him. Just before he answers, the door bursts open and my mom parades in the cafeteria. "Mom? What are you doing here?"

"We have to go," She says. "Now."

"What? Why? What happened," I interrogate.

"There's no time for this right now. Just get off your ass and come on," She swears. "We have to leave before they get here." Fear runs its course through my spinal cord and spreads through my body like a virus. My mom never swears. I scramble to my feet and jog over to my mom. "Lilly, you too. Come." She obeys, but there is a confused look imprinted on her face.

"What's happening," I prod as she leads us through the hallway. My shoots a glare my way and my mouth instantly claps shut.

Not that much later, we're in the back of the car and mom is speeding down the highway, swerving through traffic like a nascar driver. None of us speak; the tension in the air is so thick you can cut it with your finger. I stare at mom's eyes through the rearview mirror, while her focus is on the road ahead. Suddenly, her eyes meet mine.

"Violet, sweetheart. I'm sorry to have to ask you to do this." She says. "But I need you to bite Lilly."
