I go on a quest unexpectedly

I knew he was the person Annabeth and I had been waiting for but I knew I wouldn't get chosen for the quest so I walked to the armory put my things away, and went to my cabin. I brushed my little sisters hair braiding it after.

"Can you help me find my perfect look?" She asked me

"Yeah of course I am the Elle Woods of cabin 10"

"Ooooo thank gods I have been struggling with my lip, blush, liner combo for too long"

I laughed, pulled out my large makeup box and grabbed my favorite blushes, liners, and glosses.

"This blush should work with your skin tone and eye color. This liner should be perfect for you, and this gloss will cover your lips in the softest shade of pink to match you cheeks"

"Thank you so much Addy"

"No problem" I said with a smile

I heard a knock which was unusual because my sisters barged in unannounced all the time. I walked to the door slowly. Opened it a sliver, saw a familiar face Percy.

"Hello" I said

"Who is it?" My sister asked

"It's Percy, Percy Jackson" Percy said

I opened the door and fully "Can I help you?" I asked him

He was fidgeting with his hands, "uhm well.. I.. got.. a quest, and want to know if you will come with me?"

"Are you serious?"

"Uh yes"

"You don't want Annabeth or a daughter of Ares, or Apollo maybe with the archery skills"

"Nope just you"

"Really"

"Yes"

"Let me pack my bag and I will meet you at the camp border"
I closed the door turned to my bed and started packing. Obviously cute clothes, toiletries, and other things were essential. I had no weapon well I did but didn't, I had my mom's necklace and everything else grabbed my fun shoes that matched my outfits and was off.

I got to the hill and saw Annabeth, Percy and a satyr I didn't know who it was for sure but I was pretty sure it was Grover Underwood. I stood next to Percy and stared at Annabeth. She was talking to a tree Thalia's tree. I knew that Annabeth's dad was an awful man and Thalia was her sister her found sister.

"She's really gonna miss that tree huh"

" When Annabeth first arrived here with Thalia and Luke they were being chased by monsters agents of Hades, sisters"

"Furies... Mrs Dodds?"

"Yes when was our algebra teacher Alecto, Thalia turned back to fight to buy her friends some time her satyr protector tried to stop her, but she wouldn't listen so at the last moment, Zeus intervened to save her life and changed her form"

I smacked on the back of that head
"First of all Zeus is not the most powerful being in the universe, Second of all what the Hades is wrong with you"
"Ow" He said rubbing the back of his skull

"She was the bravest demigod I ever knew she thought valiantly and she met heroes fate"

"She met a pinecone's fate"

I smacked him again but harder this time.
"Ow" he said

" Forbidden children are always in danger, even the strongest ones even Thalia and you are not Thalia do exactly as I say, and maybe you survive this" she walked away

"Does she think she's in charge?"

"Who did you think would be in charge"
"No she knows she's in charge"
Grover and I said in unison

" I guess I assumed we do a show of hands or something"

"Well that was your mistake" I said
