A/N: ok so I dont know a lot of romantic songs XDD so I asked my friend if she knew any and she recomended this one. I wanted to put it for the dance also I put a photo ^^^^

Amy walked to the castle
There was a carriage outside and Sonic and Sam were infront of it
The queen was inside, her arms were crossed and she had an angry look on her face
"Amy!" Sam called out
She walked towards both of the brothers, They slightly blushed
"..."
"What?"
"You... look nice" Sonic said
"Thank you" she smiled making thwm both blush a little more "Should we get going?"
"Y-Yeah, lets go"
They got in the carriage and left to Acorn Kingdom
When they got there the queen was escorted inside and Sonic and Amy walked in
Sam stayed outside, Amy assumed he was waiting for his partner, he had kind of an annoyed look on his face.
When they got inside everyone stared at Amy, she awkwardly smiled and grabbed onto Sonic's arm nervously
"Who is she?"
"I've never seen her before"
"From what kingdom did she come from"
Amy gulped, Sonic pulled her closer and whispered into her ear
"Don't worry about it, just keep walking"
She nodded and continued walking.
She couldn't help but look back, She saw Sam at the doorway looking at them
"Sonic." She looked forward again amd there was the Queen
"I want you to meet someone..."
A beautiful young lady walked towards them she had a blue dress, whotw shoes and a marchong white gloves
"This is Princess Sally Acorn, from the Acorn Kingdom, She will be your partner tonight"
"Mother, I already have a-"
"Sonic! You can not turn down a lady like this, It's absolutely ridiculous!"
Sally turned around and looked at her father, who was the one hosting the ball, he gave her a nod and a stern look. She sighed in disappointment
"Come on Prince Sonic," She grabbed his hand and smiled "Let's dance!"
His other hand still holding onto Amy as he was being pulled, She slowly let go.
Sonic looked back as he was getting pulled away from her
Amy smiled
"It's fine" she mouthed to him
"Sorry"
She walked around for a bit and saw that a door in the back was opened.
It led to the garden.
She walked in and saw Sam lyong down on the grass looking at the night sky
"Sam?" She walked closer to him, soon his attention was drawn towards her and he sat up
"Amy? Where's Sonic?"
"Change of plans." she slightly smiled "He... has a new partner" she sat next to him
"Was it a princess Sally?"
"How did you-"
"Our parents, and her parents had agreed to an arranged marriage between Sally and one of us... now that our father is gone, guess our mother took things into her own hands and choose Sonic to be the one to marry... since she would perfer him. So im guessing they are tryong to get them together"
"O-Oh..."
"However I don't think Sonic would agree to marry a girl he barley knows..."
"Well...Where's your partner?"
"She's sick, so she couldn't attend tonight's dance"
"Hm... so we've both been ditched" Amy laughed
"Guess so" he smiled "...Wanna go inside ans dance a bit?"
"Why not..." Amy shrugged
They both stood and walked in
A song began to play

Everyone began dancing, including them
Sam had his hand around Amy's waist, he pulled her closer and smirked
"Don't get to comfortable there" Amy pulled away a little and continued to dance
"You're no fun." Sam laughed
Sonic and Sally were dancing nit far away from them. Sonic noticed Any and Sam dancing.
Sally looked at her father. Queen Aurora was whispering somehting into his ear, they both smiled and stared at Sonic and Sally.
She sighed.
"I guess we don't have a say in this..." she whispered
