"Sally, Will you marry me?"
Sally's eyes widened
"Wh...Wha-"
"Let's combine our Kingdoms with our marriage" Sonic kneeled and held out a ring
A single tear ran down Amy's cheeks
Sally gulped and looked at her father
He gave her a menacing look. She looked back at Sonic, closed her eyes and nodded. He slightly smiled and put the ring on her hand.
Another tear
"...Whats this?" Amy put her hand on her cheek. Her heart dtarted beatong faster, and faster
Sonic stood up and hugged Sally
"What are you doing?" Sally wispered into his ear
"What I have to." He whispered back
More tears.
"Why... why am I crying?"
She began panting
"Fantastic! The wedding will be held next year"
"Next year? Its September... so after the new years?" Aurora asked the King
"Yes, the perfect time to start of a new joined Kingdom. Wouldn't you say?"
"Yes..." She smiled
"Way to take one for the team Sonic." Sam stood up and patted his brothers back.Then He whispered into his ear "You sure about this"
Sonic nodded he looked over at Amy looking down
"You ok Ames?"
Amy flinched, still looking down she wipped her tears amd looked up
"Yeah. Congratulations Sonic. Excuse me"
Amy walked off
"Amy..." Sally called her but Amy kept walking
Amy got to the end of the hallway wyere the bathroom was. She went inside locked the door and fell to the floor, crying even more
"Wh-Where are these tears comming from... Why am I... so sad" She said between tears
"Why does it hurt me so much... that he proposed. Both him and Sally won't be happy..." she leaned against the door and looked up
"And I...And I won't be... ha-"
Knock Knock
Amy shot up quickly wipping the tears of her face but they wouldn't stop comming
"Amy? You in there" Rouge's voice was heard from the other side
"Y-Yes... I'll be out in a bit"
"...Are you, crying?"
"N-No Rouge. I'm fine I just-"
"Amy open this door right now!" she started knocking harder
"Rouge I said I'm-"
The door knob started wiggling and soon the door was opened revealing Rouge with a bobby pin in her hand
"Amy..."
She let out all her tears and ran to Rouge hugging her
"I-It hurts Rouge... It hurts"
Rouges eyes widen and she starts worrying
"What...What hurts, Amy are you o-"
"My heart... It hurts"
