For Russia and America might hate eachother, but Alfred and Ivan will love until the world burns anew.

Delaware sighed, rubbing the bridge of her nose irritability. Pure pandomonian raged across the meeting room, screaming and yelling echoing through the hall.

They'd all been called here by Texas, although they don't know why. Delaware glanced at the meeting door while waiting for him to arrive.

Few minutes pass, and the door is suddenly slammed open, quieting the once rowdy room. A silence encompasses them, watching as Texas stalks to the podium where they present their ideas.

All 50 of them sit at a round table, going from oldest to youngest. Most have left their teens in physical age, more similar to that of a 19 year old. Compared to their father, who looks similar to that of a 20-21 year old.

Slamming his hands on the podium, Texas practically growls out,

"Russia is trying to befriend Pa again."

Instantly, chaos erupts. Screams of disbelief, muttered threats, unfriendly gestures and shocked looks are passed around the room.

Delaware hesitantly looks to the back where Alaska is seated. Contrary to popular belief, he doesn't hate Russia. Although, given by the dark aura surrounding him and the unnervingly blank face, that belief might just be rectified very, very soon.

Seeing as no progress is being made within the noise, Delaware groans, but stands and roars,

"SILENCE."

Silence overtakes them once more, yet an anger and uneasiness lingers. Turning to Texas, who stands still with his arms crossed over his broad chest, Delaware asks,

"Are you sure of this, Texas? How do you know it's not fake?"

Texas just shakes his head, as if in disappointment.

"Because Pa told me. Russia was in Pa's house."

The darkening aura that everyone has been pointedly ignoring increases by tenfold, and Hawaii has to yank Alaska down by his jacket and back into his seat.

"Sit. He still has more to say."

His normally carefree, but now stoic, sister whispers with a glare that could melt ice. Alaska grimaces, but tries to reign in his anger.

Seeing that that was now dealt with, Delaware tiredly (but also with a hint of anger) gestures for Texas to explain.

"Apparently, they made a deal. Russia somehow found out about us, and in turn, made Pa become his friend so that he won't say anything to anyone."

"Even to his government?"

Iowa pipes up, confusion and suspicion evident on his face. Texas gives a reluctant nod.

"Even to his government."

Multiple states murmur in disbelief, some panicked looks being thrown to others.

"I call bullshit."

Pennsylvania pipes up as she rises from her chair, fire in her eyes. New Hampshire nods in agreement, Connecticut placing a hand on his shoulder as he stands next to his brother.

Just as it seems fights are going to start breaking out again, Hawaii clears her throat.

All attention goes to her as she walks up to the podium, standing next to Texas.

"I also managed to visit dad, a day or so after Texas did."

Delaware's eyes widen, and before she can even say a word, Oregon beats her to it.

"Was he alright? Russia didn't do anything to him, did he?"

He asks, his panicked tone not going unnoticed.

Hawaii gives him an unbothered look, calming his nerves slightly. Her next words cause the complete opposite.

"Nah, he didn't hurt him. I mean, I kinda interrupted them about to kiss, but it was nothing really."

"WHAT?!"

For almost the 6th time that day, chaos reigned upon that meeting room. 49 Voices shout out in unison, shock, disbelief, and hatred spreading quickly throughout the states.

Half of the room seems unconvinced that they were dating, (as what else could nearing a kiss mean?) While the other half thought that they were, indeed, dating and wanted to leave immediately if only to threaten Russia into treating Alfred properly.

"Uhhh, guys?"

Alabama asks quietly. His question is ignored as his siblings continue to plan murder.

"Guys!"

He asks loudly, now a bit agitated. Arkansas looks at him questionly, the only one to notice him.

"STATES OF AMERICA!"

Alabama finally roars with annoyance, everyone turning to him with surprise. He sighs, before holding up his phone.

"You might want to check the country's group chat. Specifically, the pinned photo."

There's a minute silence as the rustling of coats and bags is heard, the tapping of passwords on a screen and a collective entering of apps.

It's quiet.

"Oh my god. He really is dating Russia."

W. Virginia says, her mouth wide open.

A tense silence descends.

"We're killing him. Objections?"

"None."

"Just what I like to hear."
