Vaidehi's POV

As I stepped out of the room, reassured that Aashi and Raghav were receiving the best possible care and on track for recovery, I hadn't even noticed who the doctors were when they first entered. Shock and disorientation had consumed me entirely. Feeling a presence behind me, I suddenly remembered Aditya, walking respectfully a few steps back. I felt foolish for having forgotten him and not expressing my gratitude earlier.

"Thank you so much, Mr. Aditya, for all your help. It means a lot," I said earnestly. Aditya looked perplexed but responded immediately, "No, ma'am, it's my duty. Please let me know if there's anything else I can do for you."

"Hello, Bhabhi," Aahan's voice interrupted, and both Aditya and I turned to see him approach. Aditya bowed respectfully as I managed a polite smile in return to Aahan's greeting. "You can go now, Aditya. I'll take it from here," Aahan dismissed him gently.

"Are you feeling better now?" Aahan asked with genuine concern. "Yes, I'm fine now, and I'm really sorry for causing you all this trouble," I replied with an embarrassed smile, recalling my earlier fainting spell.

"That was to be expected. You're one of the strongest people I've ever met. There's no need to feel embarrassed about it," Aahan reassured me warmly, his smile making me feel instantly welcome. Aahan was known to be reserved and somewhat aloof, but for his family, he was their pillar of support. Now that Vaidehi was part of his family, he made sure she knew she belonged.

"So, what did the doctor say about Aashi and Bhai?" Aahan inquired with a hint of worry in his voice.

"They're doing well now and should be discharged in 2-3 days," I replied, relief and happiness evident in my tone. Aahan sighed deeply, visibly relieved.

Aahan and I talked for a while longer before he excused himself to update his father and younger brother about the situation who has to leave because it was Aarav's last exam. As he left, I realized I had completely forgotten about Sneha. She must be worried sick wondering what's going on. I frantically searched for my phone, remembering it was with me when I fainted. I decided to ask Raghav about it, along with a thousand other questions buzzing in my mind.

Entering the room, I found Raghav already awake, tenderly watching over our children with such love that it brought tears to my eyes. He didn't notice my presence until I gently patted his back to get his attention.

"They look so cute," Raghav said softly, as if afraid to disturb them. I asked him to join me on the couch so we could talk without waking the kids. "Raghav, what do you do exactly? And why is there so much security, as if a prime minister were here?" I asked nervously, realizing ironically that despite being my husband and the father of my children, there was much I didn't know about him.

Raghav chuckled softly, which only added to my confusion. "Well, my love, to start with, I'm Mr. Vaidehi. But if you really want to know, I'm also Raghav Rajvanshi." My eyes widened as the pieces fell into place. I didn't know much about the Rajvanshis apart from their reputation as one of the richest and most influential families in India and beyond. Stories of their ruthlessness and aloofness circulated, but my new family had been nothing but warm and welcoming towards me, despite my humble background. Now, it seemed, not only was my husband incredibly wealthy and powerful, but he was also of royal descent.

"You're THE Raghav Rajvanshi?" I asked incredulously. As I processed the implications, it dawned on me why top doctors were summoned at short notice and why there was such tight security. This must be the restricted top floor reserved exclusively for the Rajvanshis.

"Yes, the very same, at your service, ma'am," Raghav replied with a hint of amusement. Here I was, grappling with how to fit into my new, ultra-rich and powerful family, while this man was casually flirting with me.

Raghav's Perspective

As I woke up, I found Ansh and Aashi snuggled up to me, fast asleep. They were the most adorable kids, and I couldn't help but marvel at them. Vaidehi wasn't in sight, and I began to wonder where she had gone. My thoughts were interrupted as she gently patted my back.

She asked me to join her on the couch, where she looked visibly nervous. Everything must be overwhelming for her right now. After a few moments of silence, she hesitantly asked me about my work and the heightened security measures. I couldn't help but chuckle at her perplexed expression. Despite being a mother of two now, she was still the same Vaidehi who could look both adorable and confused at the same time.

I revealed my true identity as Raghav Rajvanshi, and I could see her eyes widen in surprise and shock. My heart melted at how utterly adorable she looked in that moment. After she updated me on the doctor's prognosis and our expected discharge, she suddenly asked about her phone.

I recalled that her phone had been with me, its battery depleted after the commotion. Concerned, I gently cupped her face. "What's wrong? Is everything alright?"

"Raghav, my friend Sneha, she must be really worried because of all this commotion," she explained anxiously.

"Don't worry, I'll ask someone to escort her here," I assured her, quickly sending a message to my assistant, Aditya, instructing him to discreetly bring Dr. Sneha to us.

"She'll be here shortly, and I haven't told her anything, so you can explain everything to her," I reassured Vaidehi, hoping to ease her concerns.

Author's POV

Sneha's worry deepened as she tried to make sense of the sudden chaos at the hospital. One moment, they were diligently treating Aashi, and the next, everyone was ordered to evacuate the area. The entire floor had been cleared, leaving only the dean behind, guarded heavily against any unauthorized entry. Frustrated and confused, Sneha attempted to approach the area, only to be turned away by the vigilant security.

Unable to comprehend the situation, Sneha decided to seek answers from the dean himself. Just as she was heading towards his office, she received a summons from him, which only added to her growing apprehension. As she entered the dean's office, she found him accompanied by a young man in his late twenties, a sight that immediately struck her as odd. The dean appeared visibly uneasy in the presence of this individual, a stark contrast to his usual composed demeanor.

"Hello, Dr. Sneha," the dean greeted her, his tone slightly strained. "This is Mr. Aditya Talwar. Please assist him with whatever he needs." Before Sneha could inquire further, the dean swiftly exited the room, leaving her alone with Aditya, whose authoritative aura and confident demeanor hinted at his importance.

Confounded by the dean's abrupt departure and intrigued by Aditya's presence, Sneha couldn't help but wonder about the unfolding events. Her concern for Vaidehi and Aashi intensified, overshadowing her curiosity. Without hesitation, Aditya motioned for Sneha to follow him, stating calmly, "Dr. Sneha, I understand your concern for your friend. Please come with me."

Uncertain of what awaited her, Sneha followed Aditya through the hospital corridors, her mind racing with questions. The journey led them to the hospital's top floor, an area strictly off-limits to most personnel. As they arrived, Sneha's eyes widened in surprise at the sight of Vaidehi, standing amidst royal guards and staff, her expression fraught with worry.

"Vaidehi, what's going on? How is Aashi?" Sneha blurted out, her mind racing with confusion. Vaidehi proceeded to explain everything that had transpired, revealing details that shocked Sneha to her core. She had known that Vaidehi's husband had left her seven years ago, but beyond that, her understanding was limited. Now, hearing the full story, Sneha couldn't believe how surreal life could be.

It suddenly dawned on Sneha—Vaidehi was the wife of "THE RAGHAV RAJVANSHI."
