In terms of Minata, I'm going to make him look like an actual character, instead of a Gag character. In terms of height, he's still the shortest character. height wise of Class A, say he's like Kevin Hart, but a little shorter.

After announcing the standings, Midnight moves the Festival on to the second event: The Cavalry Battle. The top forty-two qualifiers form teams from two to four people in order to earn points by stealing headbands from other teams. A team's point value is based on the value of its individual members. The members of the team receive point value based on their placement in the obstacle race.
Izuku, who is first place, is worth ten million points; as the other students figure out that all they need to do to win is take him down, Izuku realizes that he has become a massive target for the other contestants.
Midnight: Now, I'll explain the rules. The time limit is 15 minutes. Each team member is worth the total points of its members and the riders will wear a headband with that number on their foreheads. Teams will try and grab each other's headbands until time runs out, and try to keep as many points as they can. Stolen headbands must be worn from the next up. So the more you steal, the harder it'll be to manage them! And the most important thing is that even if your headband gets stolen, or if your team falls, you're not out! During the game, it'll be a cruel fight where you can use your Quirks. But it's still a Cavalry Battle. You'll get a red card for attacks that are trying to make people fall on purpose!
Katsuki: Damn...
Midnight: Doing so, you'll be removed immediately! Now, you have 15 minutes to build your teams, start!
As students begun picking their teams, Izuku notices that all the participants are joining fellow peers from their homeroom class, but they're all also avoiding him because he's worth so many points. As he begins to panic, Nhazul would walk up to him with a smile.
Nhazul: From the way everyone was looking at you a second ago, I get the feeling that you're going to have a a hard time making a team.
Izuku: N-Nhazul...?
Nhazul: Why so surprised?
Izuku: I-I mean, I thought you would have others asking to be on your team.
Nhazul would just shrug his shoulders.
Nhazul: I mean, surprisingly I did. But, what kind of friend would I be if I left you to struggle.
Upon hearing this, Izuku would smile at Nhazul and begin to tear up, when Ochako would run up to them.
