As his hearing began to return to him, Nhazul was immediately met by a deafening sound. Looking back to see what it was, his eyes widened completely and utterly shocked, along with the others, as Shigaraki had punched a hole straight through Miyoko's chest, as she protected Nhazul from the strike.
Nhazul: M-Mom...?
As Shigaraki had his arm pierced through Miyoko's chest, he'd look confused.
Shigaraki's thoughts: Why? I still can't use my Quirks? I hit Eraser with a Deleter round, so why?
Shigaraki proceeded to narrow his eyes, looking over and seeing the problem.

As Aizawa had cut off his own leg, to prevent his Quirk from being erased.

As Miyoko continued to defend Nhazul, she weakly looked up at him, coughing up blood, as Shigaraki removed his arm, horrifying Nhazul, as she proceeded to fall, as Shigaraki blitzed his way to Aizawa, declaring he's about to finish this stupid game. As Izuku rushed forward and attempted to stop him, he's unable to stop him in time, as Shigaraki's able to grab Aizawa's face and slice it with his fingers, destroying one of his eyes. Before he can do more damage, he's suddenly attacked by a Heaven-Piercing Ice Wall courtesy of an arriving Shoto.
Using this chance, Izuku proceeds to attack him with a punch to the gut, using his Arm Gantlets to reinforce his arm, sending Shigaraki flying backward. Deku tells Aizawa to please stay alive. At the same time as this, Nhazul was still holding up a gravely wounded Miyoko.
Nhazul: MOM!!!!!!
Nhazul quickly proceeded to catch Miyoko, as she continued to cough up blood.
Nhazul: Mom! Mom!
Miyoko didn't say anything for a moment, before weakly speaking.
Miyoko: sorry...
Nhazul proceeded to look down, seeing his hand covered in blood.
Nhazul: Hang on! I'll get you to a paramedic! Just hold on!
