Meanwhile outside Jaku General Hospital, Mandalay continues with the evacuation of the civilians alongside the other Heroes when they notice the windows shattering, realizing the fighting has begun. Mirko calls in to inform the others she has located Garaki, and that she'll give him a kick to see if he's the real one and not a Double.
Endeavor tells her to capture him and that they'll be there to back her up once they've dealt with the Nomu in their way. The drill Nomu goes to attack the Heroes, but Aizawa uses his Erasure to stop the drills, allowing Miyoko to shred its arms with a volley of her arrows. After this, Endeavor to easily incinerate it with a Flashfire Fist: Jet Burn.
After Mandalay informs everyone the evacuation has finished, a group of Heroes including Rock Lock, Crust, and X-Less enter a secret passage in the wall to follow Mirko to the lab. As they do, Miyoko, Aizawa and Endeavor prevent more Nomu from following them with another Erasure, Arrows and Jet Burn combination, burning and shredding them up.
Endeavor: Nice Quirk. It's not too late to become my Sidekick.
Miyoko: Are you really trying to recruit someone right now?
Aizawa: No thanks. I need to take care of my lousy students.
Hearing this, both Miyoko and Endeavor smiles in response as more Nomu approach. At the Police HQ, they report in on Team Edgeshot having successfully closed off the Villa's escape routes. As Team Endeavor engaging the Nomu at the Hospital, and Mirko's continued her ongoing battle with the High-Ends in the research lab. Upon defeating the remaining Nomu up on the surface,
Endeavor and the others rushe over to assist Mirko when they comes across Crust still dealing with the a chubby Nomu, who has been unable to make him budge due to his Super Regeneration. Aizawa using Erasure to stop the Quirk. Crust releases more of his Shields to push it back, and Endeavor goes at it with a Flashfire Fist: Jet Burn, as Crust tells him to leave it to them and go to help Mirko.
Meanwhile, Mirko continues her battle against the other three High-Ends, having lost an arm, they remain at a stalemate with each evading the other's attacks. Mirko is aware that she isn't getting weaker, but what is actually happening is the High-Ends have started to awaken and are reaching their full power and capabilities. Knowing there's no other option, she rushes as fast as she can past the High-Ends toward her main goal, stopping the Garaki and Shigaraki.
One of them commands her not to escape, as the other two High-Ends grab her by the hair and shoulder, but she simply rips them away and continues running, even despite the pain. She thinks to herself that if she is going to die, it'll be after she has accomplished her goal.
As Mirko reaches Shigaraki's capsule, with Garaki crying out in fear, as she is about to smash it with her leg, but is suddenly stopped by the elongated Nomu, stabbing its antennae in her side, preparing to pull her back. At this moment,
