The warm water cascading over their bodies did little to wash away the exhaustion of the day. As they finished their showers and dried off, Y/N felt a heaviness settle in her bones. Despite the brief respite, she was still weary from their relentless pursuit of clues.

Returning to the cluttered desk, they resumed their attempts to piece together the puzzle. The room was silent except for the soft rustling of papers and the occasional sigh of frustration from Y/N.

Jotaro glanced at her, noticing the fatigue etched on her face. He had an idea, one that had been lingering in the back of his mind for a while. "Y/N," he began hesitantly, "what if we took a break and did some training? With me in weapon form."

She looked at him, surprised. "Training? Now? In the hotel room?"

He nodded, a serious expression on his face. "Yeah. It might help clear our minds, and we could both use the practice."

Y/N considered his proposal. It seemed odd to train at night, inside the confines of their small room, but anything was better than staring at the same papers and notes all night. "Alright," she agreed. "Let's do it."

Jotaro's face lit up with a rare smile before he transformed into his scythe form. The transformation was seamless, and the scythe felt surprisingly light and balanced in her hands. She could feel a connection between them, a resonance that went beyond their physical bond.

Y/N started slowly, twirling the scythe between her fingers, getting a feel for its weight and balance. She moved gracefully, spinning and turning with the weapon in fluid motions. It felt right, as if Jotaro was an extension of herself. As she gained confidence, her movements became faster, more precise.

In the midst of a particularly rapid spin, she lost control for a split second, and the blade sliced through the wall with a sharp, clean cut. She immediately stopped, staring in disbelief at the damage. "I can't believe I sliced the wall in one go," she murmured, still holding the scythe.

Jotaro quickly untransformed, appearing beside her with a concerned look. "Are you okay?" he asked, his voice filled with worry.

"Yeah, I'm fine," she replied, her eyes still fixed on the cut in the wall. "But we need to pay for the damage."

Jotaro couldn't help but chuckle at her concern. "Don't worry about it. I can cover the cost. I'm rich enough to handle a little wall damage."

Y/N looked at him, a mix of relief and frustration on her face. "That's not the point, Jotaro. We need to be careful."

He nodded, understanding her point. But inside, he was elated. The sensation of being wielded by her, of feeling her strength and precision, was exhilarating. It was a turn-on in ways he hadn't anticipated, and he found himself longing for more.

"Let's just be more careful next time," she said, shaking her head with a small smile. "You really are sharp, Jotaro."

He grinned, a mischievous glint in his eyes. "And you handle me well. Let's call it a night. We've had enough excitement for one day."

They cleaned up as best they could, rearranging the room to hide the damage until they could properly deal with it. As they settled into their beds, the room fell into a comfortable silence. Despite the day's frustrations, there was a sense of accomplishment in their training, a strengthening of the bond between them.

Jotaro lay in bed, staring at the ceiling, his mind filled with thoughts of Y/N. He was more determined than ever to tell her how he felt, to let her know just how much she meant to him. But for now, he would take solace in the fact that she trusted him, that she relied on him.

Y/N, too, lay awake for a while, thinking about the strange connection she felt with Jotaro when he was in weapon form. It was powerful, almost intoxicating. She knew they were growing closer, both as partners and as friends. And maybe, just maybe, there was something more between them.

As sleep finally claimed them, both dreamed of a future where their bond would only grow stronger, where they would face whatever challenges came their way together. And in the quiet moments of the night, amidst the uncertainty and danger, there was a sense of hope and a promise of something deeper, something unspoken yet undeniably real.
