Chapter - 36

Dhruv's POV ~

Venice, Italy

I landed in Venice an hour back and currently I am in my hotel room getting ready for the meeting, yes I am tired a lot after my 8 hours flight but the sooner I end things here the faster I will be able to home to Shivantika.

I couldn't inform her about my arrival here, because apparently my phone was not charged enough and it died.

I heard a knock on my door opening it I saw Arjun all ready for the meeting.

"They are here" He informed me.
"I will be there in a few minutes, till then Iet them sit for a while" I replied making him nod at me.

Closing the door I went to check my phone, it was still not fully charged so I didn't bother switch it on.

I am staying in one of my own hotels and the meeting will be done here itself, that's a plus point as I don't need to travel which would only led to time waste.

After taking an important file which is needed for the meeting I went downstairs towards the dining area which was emptied for an hour as we didn't wanted any disturbances in between.

I saw Mr. Morreti along with Mr. Bruno sitting with their PA's while chatting with Arjun.

So apparently Arjun's father is a businessman and Mr. Morreti and Mr. Bruno are his business partner too, and my bestfriend here doesn't need to work as my PA when he himself owns a whole ass empire, but sir here didn't wanted his father's empire to be passed on to him rather he wanted to start something of his own, and so he asked me if he can work under me to learn few things and gain experience. I agreed, basically we are under a 2 year old contract after which he will leave this job in my company to start his own, and currently we are in our second year of contract.

Well leaving this apart I went near them ans shook my hands with them.

"Buonasera, Mr. Morreti and Mr Bruno" I wished forwarding my hands for a handshake as soon as I went near them

(Good evening)

"Buonasera, Mr Malhotra" they both wished me back taking my hands for a shake consecutively.

"cominciamo con l'incontro" I asked making them both nod

( Shall we begin with the meeting)

And our meeting started with them giving their inputs and me giving mine regarding the project, they really liked the presentation I made and seemed quite impressed by it, and by an hour we were almost done with it, both of them were about to give me their final opinion whether I will get the project or not when suddenly Arjun's phone rang, which he directly declined, we were about to get back to our discussion when his phone rang again.

"Who is it?" I questioned
"I don't know it's some unknown number, I don't think it's important" he replied

"It's okay pick it up it maybe important" I said to which he nodded and and went away excuseing himself.

"Signor Malhotra, dobbiamo dire che le sue idee e la sua presentazione sono state davvero impressionanti e ci piacerebbe realizzare questo progetto con lei." Morreti said smiling which brought a smile on my own face

(Mr. Malhotra we must say your ideas and presentation was really impressive, and we would love to do this project with you)

"Thank you so much gentleman I am glad I was, able to reach up to your expectations" I replied forwarding my hand for a shake which they gladly accepted

"Dovremmo prendere congedo" Mr Bruno said making me nod

(We should take our leave)

"Yeah su-" I was about to say something but was suddenly cut off by Arjun
