Shivantikas Pov~

The morning light hit my face, gently stirring me awake. I blinked, my eyes adjusting to the soft sunlight filtering through the curtains. Turning my head, I saw Dhruv lying peacefully beside me, his breathing steady and calm. I couldn't help but blush as the memories of last night flashed in my mind. Heat crept up my cheeks, and I leaned over, planting a soft kiss on his forehead, careful not to wake him.

I slowly began to untangle myself from him, trying to slip out of bed without making too much noise. But as soon as I stood, a sharp pain shot through me, and I winced, immediately sitting back down.

"Ouch," I muttered, my legs still aching from the night before.

Dhruv stirred beside me, his eyes fluttering open as he took in my pained expression. A lazy grin spread across his face, and he propped himself up on one elbow, clearly amused.

"What's wrong, wifey?" he asked, his voice dripping with teasing.

"Feeling sore?"

I shot him a glare, trying to look annoyed, but the heat rising in my cheeks betrayed me.

"What do you think?" I huffed.

"You were way too rough last night."

He chuckled, completely unapologetic. "Maybe, but you didn't seem to mind at the time," he quipped, still grinning as he stretched out lazily. Before I could respond with a sharp retort, Dhruv reached out, scooping me up in his arms as if I weighed nothing.

"Come on,let's get you cleaned up." he said with a wink,

I rolled my eyes at him, but I couldn't help the small smile that tugged at my lips. He carried me into the bathroom, where we showered together, the warm water easing some of the soreness in my muscles. Dhruv's hands were gentle now, a stark contrast to the night before, as he helped me get ready.

Once we were dressed, I stood in front of the mirror, carefully applying concealer to cover the hickeys on my neck.

"You left too many marks," I muttered, more to myself than to him.

Dhruv came up behind me, wrapping his arms around my waist and resting his chin on my shoulder.

"I like leaving my mark on you," he said, his voice low it was clear as the day light that he was teasing me

I shook my head, rolling my eyes again, but I didn't respond, knowing there was no winning with him. Once I was satisfied that the marks were hidden, we made our way downstairs for breakfast.

Everyone was already present chatting with each other while maa and chachi served breakfast as I worked around the dinning room, helping maa and chachi to sett the table and in serving food, I winced again, the pain between my legs making it hard to move normally.
