Ch 5 rayaan

Her smile , her words , her aura everything made my heart flutter in a way I couldn't explain.
She was laughing so lovingly
I went closer to her and whispered in her ear ,
' Shall we go ' and she stopped laughing and looked at me with a blushing face , even that was so adorable, I let out a small laugh and offered my hand again to walk inside and this time she took it , only to pull me with her as she excitedly ran inside it .

I could see her expression of awe as she went inside , of course the place was beautiful , the ceiling had the whole astrological map of the stars and through the glass window, the moonlight lit the room making it even more beautiful but for some reason all that beauty seemed pale to me in comparison to what she had .
Her attitude, her smile , the way she talks , everything was so magnetic that I couldn't help but be attracted to it .
Was this what people called falling , was I falling for her ? I questioned myself with a slightly embarrassed face . The realisation was actually too much for me
And just as I was lost in my thoughts when she called me

something '

I went to her and she held my hand and signaled me to get a bit lower to be able to see through the telescope ( that was the main attraction of this place ) . I lowered my face to be able to see through it and that's when she stared to point out the planets

' You see that one , a bit pale blue in colour that is the planet of elfatia and that one with a bit red and purple is the one with skanans. '
She started to explain to me carefully showing and pointing them out and I asked her whether she has been to those planets or not expecting the answer to be no which was obvious as the transportation was very complex and only limited to a few people ( royals and emperor with their inheritor mostly)
But to my surprise she said
' only to elfatia for now but I'll have to visit others too , but elfatia is very beautiful too ' she said nonchalantly as if it was something normal or usual for her .
And was just looking at her astonished .

Sophelia' pov
He asked whether I have been to those planets or not and I answered honestly that I have been only to one , and rest other most probably after my inheritance ceremony. But when I looked at him , he seemed rather shocked and I realised that I had said something completely abnormal for ordinary people , shit I was too busy in watching those stars and planets, i didn't put much attention to it .

' hmm , it's getting a bit late don't you think , we should really go back , the sun would probably be up in a few hours ' I said as I tried to divert the topic and proceeded to move towards the exit when he called to me , I turned around and saw a more appalled expression on his face and with concern I asked him
" Is everything alright ? " .

Rayaan's pov

I was a lot confused with she said that and was about to ask her more about when she diverted the topic about it being late and wanted to go back , well it was indeed late I thought to myself. I called out to her as she was heading out to wait for me .
And when she turned around it was as if the ground below me had slipped , I saw a difference in her , to be more specific her eyes .
They weren't blue anymore like her kingdom' signature colour, they were golden now which meant only one thing . The only people who had golden eye colour were the emperor and the crown Princess and that's when I remembered that the crown Princess was born into the kingdom of Aquantia .

So not only she was the princess of Aquantia, she was also the crown Princess Sophelia , the future empress of our universe.
This was too much to process for me and I fumbled backwards with only few words escaping my mouth " your eyes are ... "

Sophelia' pov
I turned around and saw a more horrified look on his face as he uttered few words " your eyes ... " And that's when it hit me . Nyxia when she gave me these eye drops she warned me that they were just sample and very light versions which would only last 5 hours, and it must have been 5 hours cause the look on his could explain only one thing he had seen my eye colour
