Chapter 5

As I entered the very bright lobby, I was wrapped in a tight hug. Like VERY tight hug, I was still kinda dazed and confused from making spy training so I didn't recognize who it was for a minute."Heh??? Who is this? Please imma innocent child!" The hug attacker laughed"Sis, if you can't recognize your own sister there is a problem that needs to be solved." I laughed "Well its not my fault that you're amazing and always busy. Oh! Before I forget! I got into spy training!!" Her mouth dropped. " No way." "Yes way!!!" My sister, Ivee is also a spy and a very famous and successful one. Well maybe not too famous because she's a spy and all but in Space Chickens she is one of the most popular people in the entire organization. Ivee squealed "Oooooo maybe I'll get to train you. I don't remember if siblings can train each other, but maybe they can. I'll have to put in a request." She started talking to herself making plans. Suddenly the commander walked up and smiled, "I assume that with all this hugging and squealing you are in the spy program?" I nodded, suddenly feeling very shy. She smiled. "Well congrats! It is sad to see someone with so much potential leave the warrior program, but I'm sure you will succeed." My sister smiled at the commander "I don't think we've met before, Im Ivee Cornwall, Aspen's older sister" The commanders mouth dropped. Clearly she didn't know this. " Well here's your room assignment Aspen and nice to meet you Ms. Ivee." She sounded a bit choked. Oops. "Lemme see your room number." My sister asked so I handed her my paper because I had no idea where it was."Oooooooooooo this is a nice room, your also a few doors down from me." So clearly someone knew were related. How Space Chickens homes work is your stationed near family members if you have any active. Otherwise you get put in a random spot. I looked up tentivly at my sister who might I add is very tall. " Is he there?" Her face immediately softened" I think he's on a assignment right now. Im sorry." "Oh it's fine." She smiled " Let's go get your room situated."

A few days laterrrrr :o

"How do I look?" I said twirling in a navy blue shimmering dress swirled with pink and purplr ending right below my knees with thin straps and little fake diamonds on it. This is the customary Space Chickens attire to reflect a galaxy. Tonight is the mentoring ball when you find out who your mentor is and meet them. I was super excited and nervous at the same time. "You look perfect." My sister told me. She sat me down and started putting on makeup. "Not too much please!" Ivee laughed and said "Suuuuuuuuuuuure. Totally. 100%." I pretended to shove her away and yelled "Sis!!" We both fell over laughing. Suddenly there was a knocking at the door. Ivee ran up to get it and nearly fell over again. Because at the door, after 12 years, was my brother.
