Giants of Hyrule

Chapter 1

               In the far-off land of Hyrule, there lived two tyrannical giants who lived in an enormous, gigantic castle.

One HUGE giant, Ganondorf, was the head honcho in charge. He ran everything in the castle and the kingdom, all with an iron fist. He showed mercy to no one and was ruthless in every way. Especially when it came to the taxes he demanded from the villagers.

His champion and righthand man, Dark Link, was not as powerful or huge as his master, but he's just as cruel, and he relished tormenting the prisoners. He always felt such joy whenever Ganondorf would send him out to capture villagers or make an example out of a certain part of a town.

Unlike his master, whenever Dark Link felt peck-ish, he would take his time with his victims, making them beg and plead for mercy as he deliberately delayed their fate.

Ganondorf would toy with his food as well, but he wouldn't take as long as his devoted champion.

On this day, Ganondorf was enjoying a nice big dinner at his enormous, elegant table. There was a meal fit for a king spread out, but there was one type of food that made this meal stand out.

Every bite he took had a villager on it.

He found a few men and women dangling helplessly from a turkey leg and he grinned maliciously,

"You all should have thought things through before you decided to neglect your taxes," he taunted, his mighty voice booming in their ears. He continued "Now there's only one more way to serve your king."

Ganondorf smirked and open wide, shoving the villagers into his mouth before biting the meat and ripping it off the leg. He swished the poor people around in his mouth. As they yelled and cried out for help, Ganondorf lifted his head and swallowed them all whole and alive.

He laughed out loud at their misery and noticed his champion walking in.

"Ah, Dark Link. I assume the job is done?" Ganondorf asked.

"All done. Got more money for you and more prisoners to play with~" Dark Link replied as the dark elf smirked and held up a cage full of villagers.

Ganondorf smiled evilly at the fresh meat, and he nodded to Dark Link,

"Place them in the dungeon with the others for now," he ordered. "We will have a very special feast later this evening. Until then, you are dismissed. Perhaps go play with your little pets you have kept in your quarters."

"Oh, I planned on it~" Dark Link chuckled, walking away with the prisoners.

-----MEANWHILE IN DARK LINK'S QUARTERS-----

A human woman and child are trapped in two lonely separate cages. They are kept separate in one on opposite side of the room. From one side of the room, a little girl cried,

"I want my Mommy...!" The child with bright red hair was curled up into a ball in fear while scrunching her eyes as if trying to wake up from this nightmare.

While on the other end of the room a woman with dark brownish hair with a hint of crimson, is also in distress asking herself while hugging her knees,
