The days that had followed the announcement were well, not really how Karishma had wanted them to be. Haseena had been busy almost absent. She spent her day offs with Kiara and Pushpa ji. Haseena was either held up in work or with Mira and Amar and then spent the rest of her time with Kiara. She didn't want to seem like a prick because she knew this was her helping her family without any kind of obligation to do so but a tiny part no, a major part of her wanted Haseena for herself. They confessed to loving each other and had expected things to magically just change once that had happened. She wanted Haseena's attention entirely upon herself and the lack of it was bothering her.

"Kibumaaaaa." Kiara called interrupting Karishma's train of thoughts. Her left hand was still in a sling and Karishma had learnt to carry Kiara with her right arm though she knew Haseena would kill her if she knew. It wasn't like Haseena was going to catch her in the act. It wasn't like she had time for them anyways, Karishma thought sourly.

"Yes baby." She mumbled. It was almost time for the lil one's dinner and she carried her to her high chair.

"Maaeeek ik heee air." Karishma chuckled.

"Arrey meri angrez ke aulad." She said endearingly, ignoring what Kiara was trying. She knew she was trying to tell her about Mallik but she wouldn't have it. She was mad.

"Kibumaaa Maaeeek ich heuh." She mumbled and Karishma sighed.

"Nahi hai aapki Mallik yahaan. Mira ke saat ghoom rahi hongi woh." She mixed Kiara's food and turned to face her when her eyes finally found Haseena standing there crossing her arms giving her a challenging look. Karishma was not up when she had left this afternoon so she let her eyes roam on Haseena's body taking in the white shirt she wore above her pencil skirt, her coat already abandoned somewhere, her hair seemed ruffled as if she had just relieved them from her hair tie.

It took every bit of her self control to tear her eyes away from Haseena because damn she looked too enticing like that and Karishma was mad and no amount of sexiness that Haseena was putting on display could lessen her disappointment.

"Oh you're here." She said in an icy voice.

"Yes I am, dijiye hum kar lenge." Haseena extended her arm and Karishma handed her the bowl walking off like she couldn't care less.

Haseena started feeding Kiara very well aware that her bhari hui bandook was mad af.

"Hey Ki baby ye aapki Kibuma ko ho kya gaya." She cooed and Kiara smiled at her, almost toothless looking adorable as ever.

"Kiki doop." She mumbled, making Haseena chuckle. Once she was done, she carried Kiara to the master bedroom wanting to find Karishma. She wanted her to look after Kiara so she could change but Karishma was nowhere to be found. With a deep sigh she walked to Kiara's room laying her in her crib she read her some of her favourite stories until she fell asleep. Haseena continued to gently caress Kiara's head a small smile on her lips as she looked over her baby.

By the time she changed, it was already late and she was now impatient to be with Karishma. Her search for Karishma ended when she remembered to look for her on the balcony she often spotted her. Karishma was looking over the dense vegetation like she always did, only this time, she didn't have a drink in her hand. Haseena smiled at the sight and walked towards her engulfing her in a back hug encircling her hands around Karishma's waist pulling her into her. Karishma sighed and sunk into her embrace with reluctance but melting nonetheless.

"Aakhir tumko mere liye time mil ga-" Karishma's taunt was cut short when Haseena placed a chaste kiss on her exposed shoulder blade, her sentence consumed by a gasp instead.

"I love you and I am sorry. Bahoth hectic raha hai ye dho dinn." Haseena whispered and placed another kiss below Karishma's ear trailing feather like kisses down her neck and Karishma arched at a particular spot. It was a sensitive spot and before Haseena could continue she elbowed herself out of Haseena's embrace standing to face her, her face flushed as ever she was finding it hard not to smile. She pointed her index finger in an accusatory manner but Haseena locked her own finger around Karishma's, her other hand on the railing she walked towards Karishma locking her between herself and the wall. The usual shyness was obviously missing now that she had finally got some alone time with Karishma. She however didn't know why Karishma looked so annoyed.
