Taehyung's point of view
I strutted into school today feeling like a million bucks. As I walked in, feeling all proud, guess who comes running towards me like a speeding bullet? None other than Jungkook.
"Bro, how are you feeling after your dad's lecture yesterday?" he asks with concern written all over his face. I couldn't help but burst out laughing. "I'm great, man," I reassure him.
Jungkook gives me a puzzled look before mentioning that even Jin and Hobi asked about me. Inside the classroom, Jimin is in his usual spot, buried in a book. I cheekily make my way over to him - he shoots me an annoyed glance but goes back to his reading.
"There's no need to sit here, your dad told me not to bother you," Jimin quips. Laughing, I retort, "I can sit wherever I want."
Just then, Mr. Han enters the room with someone in tow, causing a collective 'awe'. I follow everyone's gaze and lock eyes with the most gorgeous girl I've ever seen. "Introduce yourself," Mr. Han prompts, and she flashes a beautiful smile, leaving me eager to know more.
"Hey everyone! I'm Jang Wonyoung from Gwanju Province. Nice to meet you all!" She greeted with a big smile, feeling like a million bucks.
"She's the love of my life, guys. I now believe in love at first sight," I exclaimed, munching on my rice cake.
"Hmm, Tae, how many times are you going to fall in love?" Jin teased, while Jungkook added, "What about Jennie?"
"I can handle both," I replied with a smirk, feeling confident.
"Don't spread yourself too thin, Tae. You might end up drowning," J-Hope warned casually, enjoying his kimchi fried rice.
"I've heard she's quite stubborn and not an easy catch, Tae," Jungkook observed as he glanced at her sitting at the table opposite us.
"No girl can resist me," I boasted proudly.
"You're very confident, Tae," Jin remarked, to which I challenged, "Wanna bet? I can make her fall head over heels for me in a month. Deal?"
"Challenge accepted! I'll bet you 1 million won," Jin agreed, and I confirmed with a smug grin. "Let the games begin!"
Wonyoung inserted her money into the vending machine, but it seems to be out of service. Frustrated, she started tapping the machine in hopes of making it work.
Then, out of nowhere, I come up behind her and offer her a drink. I tried to be helpful by letting her know the machine is busted. A bit confused, she glanced at me with a raised eyebrow and started walking away. But I wasn't ready to give up just like that.
"Hey, wait... I got this just for you. Come on, at least take the drink," I said, trying to catch up with her. She turned around and shut me down by saying, "Who are you to give me a drink? You're not my friend or acquaintance."
I couldn't help but tease her a bit, "Well, I could be your boyfriend if you want," I said with a wink. She sighed in frustration and continued to walk away. But I'm not one to back down easily, "Playing hard to get, huh? I like a challenge," I said, walking behind her. Let's see if she warms up to my charm!
I was walking down following wonyoung in the hallway at school when suddenly Wonyoung suddenly ran and holding hands with Jimin... yes, Jimin!
My eyes widened in shock as I saw her grab his hand and whisper something to him, and he looked back at me with this serious expression. Like, what was going on?
Being the curious I sauntered over to them with a smirk on my face. I couldn't resist stirring up a little drama. "Come on, Wonyoung," I teased, "what's your business with losers like him?" I mean, I couldn't help myself.
