Taehyung’s Point of view

The ride back home with Jungkook and J-Hope was so awkward, I thought I might suffocate from the tension. It's crazy how the silence in my living room felt even thicker. Jungkook wouldn't stop fidgeting with his phone, sneaking glances at me like he was waiting to ask me something.  Meanwhile, J-Hope was giving me this intense stare, making me feel like I was about to be interrogated for a crime I didn't even commit.

Finally, I couldn't take it anymore. "Okay, guys... spill it. Why are you both acting so weird around me?" I asked, trying to break the heavy atmosphere.

Jungkook, being all nonchalant, goes, "Nothing, bro... just forget about it."

Then out of nowhere, J-Hope drops the bomb. "Why did you kiss Jimin?" he blurts out, his voice a mix of concern and curiosity.

Uh, well, that was unexpected. “Um... I don’t know… just felt like kissing him,” I admitted, shrugging. It felt so trivial in hindsight, and yet the corners of my mind twisted with confusion. Jimin’s surprised expression replayed in my thoughts like an echo I couldn’t quite shake off.

Jungkook’s eyes widened dramatically, and he exclaimed, “WTF!!! Are you gay?!” His reaction was too much, making me roll my eyes in response.

“No!!!!! I’m not gay!” I retorted, feeling a bit defensive. Seriously, why did people always jump to conclusions?

Jungkook took it a step further, blurting out, “You need to be laid, Taehyung. How long has it been since you… well, you know, got laid?” I squirmed in my seat, feeling the heat rise to my cheeks.

"Probably 4-6 months? Why do you care?" I answered, trying to play it cool despite the awkward topic. Jungkook's bluntness always caught me off guard, but I knew he meant well in his own weird way.

I let out a sigh, trying to wrap his head around the situation. "That's the problem," JK declared with a hint of exasperation, pulling out his phone dramatically. "Lemme arrange a date for you."

I shot him with a confused look, shaking my head. "What? No, don't do that!"

But Jungkook was already on a mission, disappearing out the door to play cupid without much regard for my opinions on the matter.

J-Hope shot me a sympathetic glance, speaking in a calming tone. "Taehyung, there's nothing wrong with being different, you know? Don't worry about JK, he's just still learning."

I furrowed my brows in disbelief. "Okay…?!"

In no time, Jungkook strutted back in, grinning from ear to ear. "Tomorrow, you have a date with Jennie!"

I gaped at him, feeling a mix of shock and protest bubbling up inside. "Wait, what? No way!"

"Ah, come on, Taehyung. She's perfect for you, man! You've been moping around about wonyoung for way too long. It's time to move on and have some fun, also forget about jimin" Jungkook urged, practically bouncing with excitement.

"He's right, Tae. A little distraction might be just what you need," J-Hope added, a mischievous spark in his eyes.

I let out an exasperated groan, running a hand through my hair. "It was just a kiss! It doesn't mean anything!"
