Now that they had the name of Violetta's boyfriend, it was time to find out where he lived. For some reason CuteGuy didn't ask Violetta's mother that. But to be fair Scar hadn't thought about it either, so he can't blame it all on his partner.

"How are we going to find out where Ivan Reid lives?" Scar asked. They were both standing on a random sidewalk, not too far away from the center of the city. In the center of the city was a typical huge park with a large tree in the middle, marking the exact spot where the very middle of the city was located.

If HotGuy and CuteGuy went any closer to the park, they would probably never get out. It was way too crowded for them to be walking around, they've made that mistake before.

CuteGuy seemed to be deep in his thoughts, his eyes were darting back and forth over the light grey pavement they were standing on.

He suddenly snapped with his fingers and his head shot up. Scar guessed he had an idea, and he guessed he was right. He saw that CuteGuy's eyes had lightened up when he looked his partner in his eyes. Scar loved seeing CuteGuy being excited about various stuff. And he loved how CuteGuy could be excited about small things, small gestures. He always seemed to be happy, and Scar absolutely adored that.

"My cousin is a police officer, maybe he can be of assistance? He has access to probably all the information that we could need throughout this case." Scar internally jumped inside, this was so cool. CuteGuy had a cousin that worked as a police officer? Scar always wanted to be a police officer when he was younger, but then he suddenly couldn't walk anymore. But he became a hero instead, he figured it was kind of the same anyways.

CuteGuy smiled at him while grabbing his phone out of his pocket. "Let's get coffee, I'll call Jimmy there," he said while sliding his phone back into his pocket just as fast as he had grabbed it. "Who's Jimmy?" Scar asked confused. He didn't understand why CuteGuy wanted to get coffee first either.

"My cousin," CuteGuy replied with a chuckle. He started walking towards a small cafe they always went to get coffee at. It was the least popular cafe around here, which ment that there were less people to recognize them. "Why do you want to get coffee before calling him anyways?" Scar asked, curiosity getting the best of him.

"I'm tired," CuteGuy shortly responded. Now that Scar thought about it, he did look more tired than usual. "How come?"

"I just.. didn't sleep that well," CuteGuy stated as they both crossed the road. Scar didn't think he was telling the truth, maybe he was a party person and was ashamed of it? Scar didn't know CuteGuy as a civilian.

"If there's something bothering you, you can always tell me," Scar decided to remind him, he really wanted CuteGuy to trust him. A job like this required trust.

CuteGuy pushed open the door. The sound of a little bell ringing filled the cafe, letting everyone know that someone had entered. It was a little less quiet than usual, causing the two heroes to get some weird looks. It wasn't quite normal for people to just see them in a cafe in public.

"Hi! What can I get for you today?" The sweet looking woman behind the counter asked, she looked extremely excited. Scar had never seen her working here before. Not many people worked in this cafe due to the lack of customers, that's why most of the staff were familiar with them ordering coffee here. He glanced over to the little nameplate clipped onto the red apron. Her name was Alice.

Scar waited for CuteGuy to order. "A vanilla latte please," CuteGuy said while giving Alice a smile. He has such a gorgeous smile. Scar thought as he observed CuteGuy's face. How was he partners with one of the most beautiful people he'd ever seen again? Grian, his coworker in his civilian life, was also on that list of course.

Everytime Scar had to work with CuteGuy again—which was everyday—he was convinced he developed more and stronger feelings for his partner.

"Here you go," Alice said as she finished popping on the lid of CuteGuy's vanilla latte. "Anything else?" CuteGuy looked over to HotGuy with question marks in his eyes. "Uh- a caramel latte, please," Scar stuttered, he hadn't thought about what he wanted to order. But he usually got this, so it was fine.

She slid over the coffee and let CuteGuy pay. Next time they went to get coffee, it was Scar his turn to pay.

Scar followed CuteGuy over to one of the many tables scattered around the cafe and sat down on the opposite side of the table. "I will call him right now," CuteGuy said as he reached for his phone and unlocked it. The screen flashed and the device came to life as it filled with colorful boxes, representing different apps.

Scar watched as CuteGuy called his cousin. Did that mean CuteGuy's' cousin knew his real identity? Scar was pretty confident that was against the rules, but he wouldn't dare to snitch on his partner.

CuteGuy's cousin had picked up, because Scar could hear his crackling voice through the phone. "What's up Gr—!," CuteGuy's eyes widened as he quickly interrupted his family member. "It's CuteGuy, Jimmy. HotGuy is here with me," he coughed as he nervously locked eyes with Scar.

Scar didn't know what to do, so he quickly gave CuteGuy a soft smile, ignoring the fact that his cousin Jimmy most likely almost revealed his identity.

"Oh! Sorry! What can I do for you CuteGuy?" Jimmy asked, emphasizing on the name of the hero sitting in front of Scar. "Your lovely boss put us on a missing persons case, I figured you would have access to information we might need," CuteGuy said with a grin on his face.

Scar took a sip of his caramel latte as he kept listening in on their conversation. He heard Jimmy sigh very deeply, maybe he couldn't give them any information after all. "What do you need?" Jimmy asked. "Can you find out where Ivan Reid lives?" Scar said after noticing CuteGuy was taking his sweet time drinking his vanilla latte before answering his cousin's question.

"Well, hello there HotGuy. It's a pleasure to finally meet you, CuteGuy can't shut his mouth about you when he's with me! But yeah, I certainly can!" Scar chuckled and glanced over to CuteGuy—who was visibly annoyed and embarrassed about what his cousin had just said—as he heard Jimmy giggle slightly in the robotic sounding voice that always appeared when talking to someone through a phone.

"In the meantime.. do you happen to know why Chief Corbyn put this case off?" Scar asked, hoping that Jimmy could provide a little light on the situation. "I'm not sure.. he just told us to not worry about the case."

That's weird. Why would any Chief of Police tell their officers to 'not worry about' a missing persons case? CuteGuy frowned. "Are we sure that he's the Chief of Police?" He exclaimed in disbelief.

A bit of keyboard noises later, Jimmy gave them an address. "Oxford Street 23, lives with his parents, eighteen years old."

"Thanks Timmy!" CuteGuy said as he quickly hung up and put his phone back in this pockets. "Timmy?" Scar chuckled at the nickname he gave his cousin. CuteGuy completely ignored Scar. "Let's go," he said as he dragged Scar out of the cafe.
