Pepper woke up from her deep slumber, rubbing her eyes. "Mm-" She groaned and rolled over, glancing at her calendar. "It's already been one week..." She muttered, sitting up and cracking her neck. "Since it's the weekend I can do whatever I want!"

"Hello, Pepper!" Her Grandma yelled from the bottom of the stairs "Good morning!" Pepper said with a smile. She ran out the door and went into the garden. Preparing for relaxing. "So nice out.." She said to herself and laid in the grass. "Hmm..." She hummed softly, finding the shade oddly pleasing. And with her now being fully awake, it made it perfect. Sadly, Pepper didn't stay awake for long.

"Hey.. wake up." Collin shook Pepper awake. "H-huh... COLLIN?! WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE?!" Pepper yelped. "It bloomed, the orchid bloomed." He said calmly and sat up, jumping over the fence. "..." Pepper followed Collin, still slightly embarrassed since she was still in her PJ'S.

"See?" Collin pointed to a small little bloom. With a few leafs. "Woooah!" Pepper yelled. Extremely overjoyed. "I can't believe it! Our friendship flower is growing!"
Collin looked at her. "It truly is amazing... anyway. You can leave if you want... I hope I didn't bother y—" "No! It was amazing! So pretty!" Pepper said and jumped around.
"Is it really pretty? I mean... you don't even know if it's gonna live.. it could die before it reaches the reproduction stage..."
"Don't worry. As long as our friendship is alive. It will never die!"

"O-oh...okay.." he whispered and looked at her. "H-Hey uhm..." "Hmm?" Pepper looked at him.
"N-never mind.." He whispered.
"I'm glad it's growing..." He pulled her close so they were side by side, his hand wrapped on her shoulder. "..." Pepper blushed and looked at the flower, smiling.
