Lenora frowned and Collin looked away.
"Your parents found a home fast..."
Collin whispered and glanced at her, trying to act calm as he was internally crying
"I know! They already found a house in Florida! Like... can they wait a little longer? I still have so many things I wanna do here..."
Pepper yelled and frowned.

Lenora yelped and trembled in place.

Pepper groaned and sat on her bed.

"It might seem crazy, but I kinda hope I can stay here. I already have 18 friends!"
"Already? I only have 4! And two of them are you guys!"

"Am I supposed to have more? Oh no, I'm so weird!"

Collin scoffed and looked out the window.

Pepper sat in her room as she watched the rain fall. She really didn't want to leave. She didn't wanna go back to Florida.
She didn't.

She couldn't.

Pepper sighed and curled up, staring at the poster in her room.

She stayed quiet, and gently stood up.
Pepper walked over to the window, and looked at Collins house.
For some reason, Collin made her feel funny, and she didn't know how to explain it.
Perhaps she had a heart issue? Or she had been poisoned! Pepper sighed and shook her head, knowing those thoughts were dumb.

"Maybe a walk in the rain will get my mind off of things!" She stated simply and put on her raincoat, and rain boots.

"Hey Grandma! I'm going outside!"
Pepper exclaimed before running out the door.
"Wait, Pepper!"
Before her grandma could respond, Pepper shut the door.
"...Kids these days.."
She muttered with a sigh.

Pepper saw Collin in front of her, also holding an umbrella.
For some reason, Pepper felt that feeling again. And her brain told her to jump around. And even though it was cold, a surge of heat ran through her.
