Scott walked into the study from his room down the hall, asking, "So, what'd I miss?"

"Puberty?" Sam replied.

"You know, I don't like you very much."

Sam didn't try to hide her sarcastic tone. "Darn! BugBoy doesn't like me!"

"It's Ant-Man, actually."

Bucky was tired of the teasing and said, "Can we get back on topic?"

Steve looked at his former teammate. Seeing him brought back memories of fighting half the team to keep Bucky from being unlawfully locked up and of the final battle with Thanos. It had been Scott's idea to go back in time and it had been a good idea to get everyone back, but it certainly bit the blond super soldier in the ass.

"Scott," Steve asked, trying to keep the tightness out of his voice, "are you able to go into a vial of blood and look for some nanites?"

"I'm so confused," Scott replied after a hot minute.

"My broken white boys think Ari will be my first broken white girl," Shuri answered, as if that explained everything.

"Is that a good thing?" Steve asked.

Okoye replied, "She adopted you like I did my little Dora."

Shuri chuckled and added, "I call you Brave Bear."

Steve looked at her for a moment before giving her an appreciative smile. He liked the name. Not that he could come up with a better one if he tried.

"I still say he should be called Tiny Turtle," Bucky teased.

Arianna could see the statement irritated her super soldier and said, "Anyway! We want to be sure we are thorough." She looked at Scott. "Since scanning was a bust and you going inside is dangerous, can you look in a vial?"

Scott smiled, replying, "Anything for the Avengers."
