"Morning sunshine," I said nudging the tip of Victor's nose.

"Ugh, morning alright." He looked around. "Where has the time gone?"

"I'm going to get something to eat from the kitchen." I said rolling off the recliner chair that we both shared as a bed last night.

There was a crash in my heart. It was painful and it gave way to another definite feeling: anger. I was crying silently, tears falling fast and screamed in frustration.

"What happened?" He asked me, concerned.

"Nothing." I said. "I think it's time for me to go."

"Go? Go where?"

"To Luke."

"Right." He gritted. "I'll see you around, I guess."

I rang the buzzer and when he didn't answer fast enough, I scaled the side of his building until I go to his stainless steel window balcony and peered inside. He was alone, draped on the couch, staring at the wall indifferently. I poured in and crawled down the fire escape.

"I thought you had forgotten about me."

"Me too." I replied coldly.

He glanced over. "We'll that wasn't a good way to start off; hello Samantha, how are you?"

"What's her name?"

"Who's?"

"The girl you slept with."

"Oh, Bailey? She no threat to you."

"She had sex with you, she is a threat."

"It was actually the other way around; I had sex with her."

I stopped. "What? Why?"

"Because I was angry," he sat up and propped his elbows on his knees. "I was horny, I was vulnerable. You can run off and be with whom ever and the other person is stuck being alone. Well Sam, I'm not going to live like that. You will ultimately choose him, and I'm stuck alone. I have no one to live for. I'm setting up my backup plan and if you don't like it then fine."

"I haven't done anything with Victor."

"When were you going to remember about me?"

"I never forgot." I answered truthfully. "Tomorrow I was going to come here and stay with you."

"Tomorrow? Bullshit."

"Hey!" I moved in front of him and put my hands on my hips. "I have done nothing."

"I have to share you. That's ticking me off."

"I expect this from Victor not you."

"I guess I'm not all lovey dovey like you expected."

"Not lovey dovey; understanding."

"Either way I'm sorry." he rolled over again.

"No, this is so not done." I said walking over towards him.

"Luke, I brought some Thai from that place I was-" a girl stepped in. She was average height and build. She had short cropped, blonde hair and bright blue eyes. "Talking about..."

"Is this her?" I asked.

"Yeah."

"She's pretty." I observed.

"I should leave," She said.

"No, no," I laughed humorlessly. "It's not like you haven't done anything I don't know about already,"
