A sudden loud knock on the door flinched Panchali, pulling her out of her work thoughts.

"Come in."

And almost immediately Nakul and Bhanumati barged inside with broad smiles.

"Yuvrani, let's go." Nakul initiated, pulling her from the sofa, holding by her arms.

She turned baffled, "What? Where?"

"Obviously for shopping." Bhanumati stated, in a 'duh' tone. "Bhrata Dusshasan's marriage in just within one month. We have to do so many arrangements."

"Hein!?" Panchali blurted out, completely flabbergasted.

"It's one month, Bhanumati. Too much time. What's the need to do shopping right now? We can do it later." She added, reasonably.

"WHAT?" Nakul exclaimed. "Just one month, Yuvrani. How can you say we have time? Instead, we're running out of time."

"Exactly. We have to buy so many dresses from the Royal Tailor, for that we have to give measurements. And what about jewelleries? It would take too much time to choose those." Bhanumati pointed out, her voice tensed.

"I agree no less, Bhabishree. Oh my god, how will we cope up within such a short notice? For ach and every function, we must choose clothes and jewelleries. There are already too much of those rituals and all." Nakul continued.

While, everything went over Panchali's head as she went on turning her head from Bhanumati to Nakul and vice versa.

"I agree. Pitashree could have fixed some other date, might be at least 3 months for the preparations." Bhanumati complained, huffing herself in tension, as if the entire weight of the world was over her shoulders.

"What to do, Bhabishree when Bhrata Dusshasan already did his marriage from a month earlier. He could have at least informed us about this. We would have prepared." Nakul again blabbered.

Panchali felt entirely left out. Just a moment back, they came to her room and now completely ignoring her as if she didn't exist.

"What else-"

"SHUT UP. JUST SHUT UP BOTH OF YOU." She shushed them, shouting as they flinched comically.

"Give a rest to your vocal cord. Where do you guys get so much energy?" She questioned them, being extremely baffled by her rants.

While the two gazed at her sheepishly, she glared at them right away.

"Now, tell me what are you both doing here?" She asked.

"We are taking you with us to the shopping." Nakul stated, shrugging his shoulders.

"Just a minute. Are you asking me or telling me?" She again asked.

"Obviously, telling you." Bhanumati casually stated, making her dumbfound by her words.

She didn't even hesitate to say that Panchali's choice didn't matter on their demand.

"You could have asked me once if I would like to join you guys or not." She reminded them.

Nakul rolled his eyes comically, before stating, "Yuvrani, you only told me that you are all mine that's why I thought I don't have to ask for the choice of what's mine."

Panchali had her lips parted, by his words. Was he flirting or acting dumb just like that?

Bhanumati pressed her lips together at the couple. She was damn amused.

Clearing her throat, Bhanumati spoke again, "Okay, are you coming with us or not, Panchali?."

She turned to her friend with a bored and 'so done' face. "Do I have any other choice."
