"Yuvraj, there is a sudden assassination at the front yard of the Palace." A soldier came running, giving a piece of the shocking news.
Yudhisthir froze in his spot, for a moment. Another assassination?
His reflex made him rush to the front yard, the soldiers followed behind.
The entire Palace turned upside down, the decorations for the upcoming wedding were all messed up.
"MATA.." Yudhisthir shouted, as a masked man was about to stab his mother.
But he defensed the attack at the right time, coming between his mother and the attacker.
It didn't take much time for a great warrior like him to defeat the person, who lay dead on the corridor.
"Are you hurt anywhere, Mata?" He asked, turning to Kunti.
"I am fine, Yudhisthir. This sudden attack in Hastinapur must have been planned. Tatshree has ordered everyone to stay inside, but the attackers are coming here even." Kunti stated, panting for breath.
"Pitamah is right, Mata. Come, let me take you to a safe place." He offered, hurriedly taking Kunti to a direction.
Everything was going well but a sudden attack of numerous masked men had turned the Palace of Hastinapur into a state of chaos.
Each and every corridor of the main Palace, especially the front yard was slowly filling up with dead bodies, cut off heads and body parts, with blood all over.
Arjun and Karn shot arrows after arrows, knocking off the men as much as possible.
"Putra Yudhisthir, are all the Royal women safe?" Bhism shouted, while dodging a sword attack.
"Ji Pitamah, all the women and children are safe. Dusshasan is there with them for safety." He replied, piercing an attacker's stomach, knocking him down to death.
Bheem and Duryodhan went on smashing the heads of the masked men, giving each one of them a brutal death.
Nakul and Sahdev together slaughtered heads, showing no mercy to anyone who thought they could attack Hastinapur without prior notice like cowards.
"But how can they attack out of nowhere without any notice? How can they break the tight security?" Arjun questioned, kicking a man who was about to attack him from back.
"The most important question is who gave the routes and security secrets to these attackers?" Bhism asked, slashing the head of a person.
The blood sprinkled on him, raising his fury thinking who deceived the Royalty and shared the routes and security system to the outsiders.
"But Pitamah, is there any news which kingdom these attackers belong to?" Yudhisthir asked, noticing that there was no symbol about any places.
"No putra. That's our main concern. We don't have any information, they just barge into our security system and started slaughtering our soldiers." Bhism replied loudly, amidst a short war.
The Royal men as well as the soldiers of Hastinapur fought hard, slaying the masked men who out of nowhere started attacking without any notice.
Bloods were spilled as much as the bodies fell over the ground, still they were determined to slaughter each and every attacker .

"PANCHU, STOP. DON'T GO THERE." Aryan screamed at the top of his lungs, holding her by her arms.
"Are you out of your mind? Hastinapur is under major assassination and you are going there?" He tried to make her understand.
Panchali jerked her hands out of his hold, "ARE YOU OUT OF YOUR MIND, ARYAN?"
