May 7th

I stayed in New York for a week since my family lives there.

It was nice to reconnect with my sister and my two brothers but my mom was the same as always.

She somehow always manages to bring up the fact that I like girls and how I am going to hell if I keep dating them.

I tried not to let it get to me but it always does and ruins my mood for days on end.

When I got back to LA I had a few rehearsals and shoots to do so my days were very jam packed which meant I couldn't dwell over it but now that it's the weekend and I have a lot of free time on my hands, it's hard not to think about it.

Saturday morning I stayed in bed until 1pm then when I finally got up I ate a pint of icecream and watched shitty tv shows.

Today is Sunday and i'm currently doing almost the same thing except I haven't eaten all day since i'm too lazy.

I was jolted awake by my phone buzzing.

Billie's name across the screen shocked me since she hasn't called in 4 months.

"Hey bil." I was still sort of surprised she was calling me.

"Hey maddy wanna chill or something?"

I was completely caught off guard.

"Sure," I said.

"Okay i'll pick you up in 20 minutes." She said and with that we hung up.

I shot up off of my couch and ran to my room to get ready.

My hair was greasy and my clothes had not been changed since yesterday so I had the quickest shower you could imagine then put on baggy light wash jeans and a cropped black tank top since I didn't know where we were going or what we were doing and this outfit is very versatile.

I put on a little bit of mascara and did my eyebrows but by the time I was finished I heard a knock on my door.

I quickly rushed downstairs and opened the door for her.

"Hey." she said simply with a smile.

"Hi." I said a bit out of breath.

"Come on." She waved me outside.

I grabbed my wallet and phone before following her to her car.

"Where are we going?" I asked.

We both got in the car but she didn't answer.

"Are you kidnapping me?" I asked jokingly.

"Don't worry you'll love it." She smirked, keeping her eyes glued on the road.

That smirk will be the death of me I fear.

We drove for about an hour.

At first I really did think she was going to kidnap me because she drove up the hills to the top where we were miles from civilization.

She kept driving on this sketchy dirt road for about 15 minutes before we made it to a look off where there was a big ass tree and a very nice patch of grass to sit on.

She got out of the car and pulled out a bag and also a blanket.

I watched her place the blanket on the grass and start to lay out some snack that were in her bag.

"Sit." She said and patted a spot on the blanket.

I did so and got comfortable next to her.

"I didnt know what you liked to eat so I just packed a bunch of shit." She said and tossed the bag to the side once she got everything out.
