Your life was dull.

So. So. Dull.

After the Todoroki incident, where you embarrassed your grandmother, your home life turned into nothing but studying. Your grandmother basically lived with you 24/7, and you hated it.

She was such a dull and miserable person to be around. So in turn, she made your life as miserable as her.

Well, not completely.

Sometimes, you were permitted to visit your neighborhood's playground. It provided a little escape from your regular life, all the chatter and yells from the children playing thankfully breaking the silence you had grown used to. While you played, your parents (or grandparents) would be distracted by other adults. That meant you could drop your hyper-formal persona and be yourself for awhile.

Well, being yourself was hard when there was no one around.

During your occasional visits, people would avoid you like the plague. Not because you were threatening, no. It was more of a "Jeez that kid is weird" scenario. Parents and kids alike would stare as you played alone with your little panda plushie, a little creeped out. The dress you wore was plain black and white striped, your socks were black with white polka dots, and the bow in your hair was plain white. It was like you had stepped out of a black and white movie.

You didn't have many friends either. The only ones you had were the Todoroki children, and even then you never saw them all that much. So, there you would sit all alone in the sand box, messing with your dress. You were bored out of your mind, and you had no way of approaching other kids without them running away.

Thankfully, a little blond boy named Bakugo Katsuki came to make fun of your clothes. You had heard about him from the other kids, but he had never really approached you until now.

"Oi! Extra!!!" He stood in front of you, a sneer on his face. "Why the heck do you dress like that?! It's suuuper ugly!"

You blinked owlishly at him, confused. "Uh. M' momma and papa chose them for me." You said, looking down at your outfit. "I think it's cute."

Bakugo scoffed. "It's not cute! It's all black and white. You look like a zebra!"

A scowl wormed its way onto your face. "Your shirt is black and white too, Baku-kun." You jabbed a finger into his chest, which led him to look down at your hand.

"HAH?! I KNOW THAT!!! It's called a, uh- a skull, You idiot! And get your finger off of-"

You raised your hand up and flicked him on the nose, promptly running away afterward. Behind you, Bakugo gave chase, yelling and screaming the entire time.

"YOU STUPID EXTRA! YOU'RE SUCH A-A-, AN EXTRA!!! AND IT'S BAKUGO!! NOT BAKU!"

A couple of minutes later, he dubbed you a "Villain," and himself as your "Hero Arch Enemy"

Honestly, you didn't care that he had called you a villain. Your parents told you so much about Villains that you weren't afraid of them anymore.

"They're just bad people who cause harm to good people." Your mother explained, your father nodding along. "It's fine to be scared of them, but just know villains weren't always villains. They're still people, like us. It's when they stop being people that they become true villains."

That was the mantra your parents recited every time you asked about villains. All honesty, your parents were respected by many villains because of their views. Sure, they were still heroes, and a hero has to defeat a villain- But that respect is what kept you and your family relatively safe from threats.
