It is time for me to get home. I was leaving in the evening but that means i've still gotta stay in the hospital for the whole day until I get discharged. I had to wake up at 3am to breastfeed the twins. That knocked them out. It's 8am. And I'm awake on my phone and I go on Snapchat. Duke was still asleep. I then go on Fanum's story and he says
Fanum: Today our girl, Destinee is coming back from the hospital from giving birth to the twins so we throwing a little welcome back party for her.
He then shows Ammi and kisses her and then he ends the snap there and then I sigh. I have the best friends ever. Duke woke up after I sighed.
"Hey"
Duke: Hey baby, how's you sleep?
"Had to breastfeed the twins at 3am but so far, it's good"
Duke: That's not bad. So from 3am, they've been asleep since then.
"Yeah"
Duke: That's impressive.
"Right. We've got no visitors today"
Duke: Yeah cause everyone will be at the house today.
"Yeah for this welcome back party"
Duke: I think what they doing is nice.
"It is, but that doesn't cover the fact that we have to talk all together about where the future of this group is going"
Duke: Destinee, won't you leave this alone?
"No because this all affects our friendship"
Duke: And this affects the way the kids are staying in the house.
"Don't worry, the kids will be safe, it just depends on what happens"
Duke: Let's just hope nothing happens for real.
"Nothing will happen, trust me, I'll sort this out when Davis is supposed to be"
Duke: Davis is becoming irresponsible
"Don't say that. he just probably got a lot on his plate"
Duke: He's the group leader.
"I know, and he be getting me to do shit as well, am I a group leader? No the fuck I'm not. I'm your wife. I shouldn't intervene with his shit but anyways, my decision or my request is always done"
Duke: Like he wanna date your ass or something. Oh, Imma beat his ass if he tries to do anything to you.
"Baby, I'm married to you"
Duke: I know but when I first started to say you in college the conversations happening in the group was crazy.
"And what were those conversations consisting of?"
Duke: Kai wanted me to trade you with him.
"What the fuck?"
Duke: To be honest. All of them wanted you. And I fought for you.
"That's my man"
Duke: But they really wanted your ass and I really didn't like that shit.So I kept being protective over you.
"That's why in college, you didn't let me hang out with you all the time"
Duke: Exactly.
I then look at the bed and the twins were awake. I then grabbed Zenai from her bed.
"Could you grab Zion for me bae, he awake now"
Duke: Aight got you.
Duke then stands up from the chair and gets his son and starts walking back and forth and rocking him gently. I then started to smile whilst I was doing small talk with Zenai. He then sat down when Zion was getting dizzy. He then sits down and looks at me and smiles.
