Today, is shoot day. I'm not going to be in the shoot because Duke is not ready for our relationship to become public yet so he wants it to be the right time. So we both go downstairs. And everyone starts along amongst themselves. As soon as we arrived downstairs, we were confused. Me and Duke looked at each other like what is going on.
Ammi: Y'all two look beautiful!
"Thank you bookie"
Duke: Thank you
"Why are y'all talking amongst each other like we did something wrong?"
Davis: It's the fact that y'all are the last people to get ready every time, it's gotta improve for real.
"I would tell you the truth but i'm gonna leave it as that we will improve we promise."
Duke: I'm sorry my boy.
Duke then goes up to Davis to try and dab him up but he rejects him and walks to the door. Davis was pissed. We are always making the group late and it's always Duke's fault. Duke then walks up to me.
Duke: Man he trippin what did i do wrong?
Everyone started to head out the door and I put on my black puffer jacket and my UGGs.
"Well, if you stopped complaining so much and stopped getting in my p*ssy so much then we wouldn't be late all the time."
Duke then looks at me in an attitude and shakes his head and we head out. We then got into each car and Davis then sent the address to the group chat so everyone can go in their cars to the same spot at the designated time that Davis told us to get there.
They were shooting a basketball video me and the girls would be standing behind everything just to see how it is. Me and Duke wave goodbye.
Kai: Why y'all waving goodbye when we gon see you later?
Me and Duke both laughed and got in the car.
Duke: You got everything you need?
"Yes baby, how about you?"
Duke: I ain't clumsy like you
I tut as I hit him in the most jokey way possible. We both start to laugh then Duke starts the car and off we went.
"Are you guys playing on your own or is there gonna be guests in the video as well?"
Duke: On the group chat, they said there's guests all I know is Davo and Darius pullin up Drea got something to do so he cancelled.
"That's great."
Duke: What mood are you feeling right now so I can put on any song you feeling.
"Baby, I'm feeling like 90s rnb because our fits are inspired by them."
Duke: You right baby oh i've got an idea.
Duke then plays Twisted by Keith Sweat and we started to jam and sing along like we was a married couple. Duke wore the same jersey as me but with the number 35 on it and he wore some black cargos with a black cap with the letter A on the front with his perscription glasses on. He looked mesmerising. I had my short braids on and my prescription glasses on with my brown lip liner combo and my makeup done and my 45 jersey with my black silk cargos with some timbs a silver belt and a black puffer jacket with no hood. I put on a scarf to avoid me from getting a cold.
It was really cold in Atlanta this day. With a lot of singing and carpooling we then eventually arrived at the basketball hall and we see Kai just getting out of his car. We were the first two people to arrive I don't know about Callie, Agent, Fanum Chris, Ammi and Davis and the filming crew because they should be here by now. Me Kai and Duke got in and sat down at the courtside waiting for the rest to come in.
————————-A few hours later ————————
The others came and they came with some food. Me and Duke were hungry as it is so we were impatient. Davis and Fanum brought pizza for us all to much before we start the shoot. Callie and Agent came in hand in hand so did Ammi and Fanum and Davis and Chris came in holding the pizzas. Me and Kai started to cheer.
Duke: Can y'all shut up, let it come to you.
"What who you talking to? I'm your girl not yo bitch."
Duke: I'm sorry baby
He then kisses my cheek and the rest of them come with the boxes of pizzas. I rub my hands together and Fanum then looks at me with a side eye
Fanum: Girl, don't think it's all for you, you cheese head.
"Nigga you better start running"
Fanum out the boxes down and started to run away from me. I just signaled that I was gonna chase him but i actually didn't
"Hope you enjoyed that little run it'll make a difference to your weight my friend."
Fanum: Fuck you.
Everyone started to laugh and Fanum laughed as well. We all opened the pizza boxes and we started to eat. My legs were on top of his legs and he hugs them towards him. I'm having a slice of pizza with my face turned towards Duke. He's face was full and he cheesed at me with his mouth closed. I then caressed his cheek.
—————- A few mins later——————
After we set up, me Ammi and Callie were sitting on the high school chairs beside the court. And the boys started to shoot.
Ammi: Man what did we deserve to be in this squad?
"Honestly we came so far we've been friends since high school going into college. And we found these boys first year of college."
Callie: And i'm so proud we are with the men we are with now.
"For real. I love Duke so much. Like he's just so perfect to me."
Ammi: Girl we are so proud of you really...
Callie: I'm so sorry to bring this up but how's the Josh situation going?
"He's still texting my phone he's literally trying to seduce me to get back with him and it's not working he's the one that called off that 2 year relationship which was beautiful but he broke my heart so he should back up."
Ammi: Exactly.
After a whole load of conversations for hours, the boys finished shooting and we decided to film all of us playing basketball against each other and it was fun. Laughs were carried in the room. Smiles were made. We then had to go home and we all had a movie night and all of us slept in the living room.
